Super easy to set up, it's so comfortable. Didn't run into any issues building it. One thing I wish it could do would being able to lean back in it. Other then that I recommend this chair. It's very pretty too Edit: I didn't realize that you can actually lean back a bit. I think this chair is perfect.

Pros: The chair is beautiful and sturdy. Assembly was clear and easy, all parts were wrapped safely. I appreciate the lumbar support, the ability to recline the seat and the wheels. I am 5'9 and 300 lbs. There is plenty of clearance so I don't have my hips hanging off the seat or pressure from the side arms. Minus: Wish the extended size came in a color besides white. The range of height on the chair is pretty limited. I find myself adding a seat cushion to get the height right with my desk. I can't imagine a person much taller than myself using this, unless of course using it more as an executive desk chair vs task chair like I need. The back support is only helpful when I want to relax and lean back. Note: you can assemble the chair with only one person until you get to the last step, of attaching the back to the seat. You definitely need a second person.

As a 6'3" person with a bad back, I thought this would be a great chair. Unfortunately, the chair is about 6 inches (give or take) too short. My arms don't come near the arm rests, and the big head cushion lands squarely in the middle of my shoulder blades. The only way to sit comfortably is to slouch or crouch, which kind of defeats the purpose of a chair for someone with a bad back.

I am 5'7 and pushing 300lbs. I am very active but I also have rheumatoid arthritis in all my joints and back. I have been redoing a room to make it into my office space. The pain I have been going through is almost debilitating. I got this chair and couldn't wait to put it together. Once I did, which was really easy to do, nice directions, I tried it out. Let's just say it was the first time in days that the pain in my back and hips subsided. My husband came in and caught me napping in my new chair!! LOL I highly recommend but with caution. It doesn't lower but so far so if you have short legs, this isn't the chair for you, sorry.

After hours of searching for a wider, non-bucket seat chair, with a higher weight capacity that wouldn't cost me $500, this beaut popped up. It's been a couple of weeks and it continues to impress! The arms going up means there's no side bars digging into my thighs and I can sit in a more straddle position. The tilt back never makes me feel like I'm going to fall, and I've let my legs dangle and just chilled that way for a bit. Only major downfall is that I'm 5'10", the back rest is no where near high enough for me so I can never just lean back and rest my head, and the arm rest are also a little lower then I'd like. All in all for this price point, it's a great deal, the quality of the fabric is super nice as well, and over all it just felt way better than I expected it to. For those who struggled with the caster wheels like I did (or maybe you didn't), downward pressure while turning them back and forth popped them right in!
