Purchased these for an Industrial Plant breakroom
Color: Black
Purchased 24 of these chairs for an industrial plant lunchroom/breakroom and they are GREAT. Having as many employees as we do, someone always complains. Not with these chairs. Everyone likes them. They are made solid, easy to put together and look like they will take the abuse this environment dishes out. We will see how they last in the long run, but they sure look like they can handle the abuse. And comfortable. Great buy, and I will buy more in the future. The customer service was great also , when I asked questions they responded quickly! ... show more

Good overall, cushion could be more comfortable.
Color: Black
This is a good chair. It's very easy to put together, it took an estimate of 10-15 minutes. The chair has some width to it as well about 19.5 to 20 inches wide. Granted, the chair is not broken in yet, however, the cushion is only alright. Not good not great, just alright. For the price I like the chair but some people may not like the seat cushion for not having more comfortable padding and the general firmness. Once again it is not broken in but this is the first overall impression. ... show more

Fassion over function but still good for what it is
Color: Black
This is always the hard part. Yes, this chair sucks. BUT for the price it RULES. The style is nice and it goes in my study at home which sees maybe 5h of "ass time" a week. for that it's perfect and gets 5 stars. If this thing was at work in my office though I'd be chucking it out in 5 minutes. SO FOR ME AND WHY I GAVE 5 STARS it's because i bought it for what i think it's meant for. You should too. ... show more

Nice chair that swivels
Color: Blue
Good adjustable chair that swivels allowing me to use at desk & kitchen eating table with ease. To raise I do need to get up, and I do have a support pad on it.

Hoping for more patience...

I was excited for this chair but the inserts on the seat didn't line up with the brackets. The extra star is for a responsive customer service. 8/26/25: Seat build, discovered defect in product. Contacted Okeysen. 8/26/25: Okeysen to send replacement seat on "the next business day. Hope to get your kindly patience." 8/28/25: Requested tracking number, 2 business days later. 8/28/25: Okeysen: "We will send you the tracking number after the replacement part be shipped. Hope to get your kindly patience." 8/31/25: No updates. 9/2/25: Requested for an update, hoping for a tracking number that the replacement seat was shipped. 9/3/25: Okeysen provided tracking number. Seat was picked up by Fedex on 8/29/25. Okeysen failed to provide tracking number when available as requested. 9/6/25: Replacement seat received, slight tear on felt underneath. Optimistically, I thought maybe Okeysen did a fit check before shipping it. R&R defective seat with no issues. Final Comments 9/6/25: Chair is not as comfortable as I imagined but okay overall. Sticking with the initial rating of 2 stars. Chair was received with defective part and although vendor response was immediate, it took over 10 days to get the replacement. I doubt I'll buy again from this vendor. ... show more
