Put together this accent chair by myself last nite. You really need 2 people. It was a challenge for me to put the crossbar to hold up each side of the chair frame. WOW that took me an hour to figure out. After that the rest was easy to put the backrest and seat. I love that the cushions are removable and you have a wood chair frame to clean it if need be. The 2 cushions were each in a vacuum sealed plastic and they came without the covers, that was packed separately and I needed to stuff the cushions into the grey covers with zippers. LOVE the feel of the covers, not cheap material and strong. The velcro to secure the seat cushion is great. I love that I can remove the covers to wash them if needed be. I purchased this chair to have in my bedroom and it is just what I was looking for.

The wooden frame couldn't be much easier or simpler to assemble, A++. The hard part was getting the foam into the cushions. Oh, brother! I started with the backing and realized it was going in the wrong way, but even with it correctly oriented(it's not a square!) it was a "B" to get in. A crowd did assemble for the wrestling match...LOL The foam for the seat is a different softer material so it wasn't as complete a hassle; still not easy. Observing the stitching, it looked a little loose, however through inserting the foam it never broke. The exterior of the covers has a nice shark-skin feel. My main gripe is that I wish the chair had been about 6" or so narrower and the back sitting a little more upright. I don't know what type of wood is used, but it is definitely a hardwood. Banging during assembling the pieces produces a "clack", if you know what I mean(dense wood). All in all, for $50 it's a good value and you're definitely getting your money's worth. Maybe it's mean of me to only give it three stars? It's just not the lightweight, or size of chair I wanted. Some things you just have to see.

These chairs are really well built and the edges are so smooth and cushions so soft. The removable cushions are a plus. I can always change them or the covers when i feel like. I hope they bing new covers in variety of colora to purchase. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Total steal for the price. The customer service was awesome. Would recommend anyone looking for comfortable yet stylish chairs on a budget. Extra starts for the customers servuce for catering to my needs so fast.

When we first got the chairs we received the wrong cushions. The company was very accommodating and easy to work with to fix the problem. The chairs were extremely easy to assemble and are so cozy for an office!

I bought two of these chairs and was disappointed. The finish has many imperfections like nicks in the wood frame and and paint runs from when the wood was painted. The faux leather cushions look nice and are comfortable, but when I looked close at the wood frames....they had several flaws. Wood furniture should be sanded smooth without gouges or nicks and running paint. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with them but I won't be using them in my living room since the frame looks like a project from a school woodworking project. I'll probably put them in my study vs living room. The photos on the listing looked so nice but you get what you pay for.
