The media could not be loaded. I am truly happy with this fireplace. It really is very nice. I love the linear esthetics. It all came in 1 box. The flame is quite realistic. There are some that are more expensive but for me this is perfect. This is strong and sturdy piece of furniture. There is alot to put together but the directions are easy to follow. It took me about 2 hrs by myself. Well worth it. Great buy. Pretty quiet with heat on.

It's a beautiful fireplace. Perfect size and has a very realistic look. It has a faux brick look. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the amount of time it took to put it together. It has tons of pieces. Overall I like it and great purchase. My box came a little beat up, and I was afraid it could be damaged. I reached out to the company, and they were extremely helpful. Informed me that I'd anything was damaged they would send a replacement part.

Have 2 people to put this together, just to make it easier. Save 2 of the foam packing strips. You will need them. Having this on the dining room stays at a steady 70. Which will help out during the extreme cold of winter. A little pricey, but worth it.

Very pleased! Ordered this for my mother for supplemental heat and style. It was not difficult to assemble but it did take about 4 hours start to finish, directions are pretty straightforward diagrams. Perfect a large room and it heated up quickly.
