This fireplace is beautiful. It took a few hours for my husband to assemble, but only because there were many pieces, not because it was difficult. The tile is obviously a picture, but it looks great. The heat warms up the entire main floor and we love the fact that we can hide the soundbar for the TV in the little cubby. The piece goes well with other distressed white furniture in the living room. Very satisfied customer!!

This piece is very solid and beautiful. Love the 31 inch electric fireplace. I gave 4 stars because after assembling I realized it has gapping and a cosmetic issue. I have attached a picture for reference of this issue. I would like to receive a 20% discount for this, if possible. I would return it, yet it was noticed after assembling, Thankfully, it is on the side of the unit and is not as obvious without really examining it. At this price point, I expected it to be cosmetically flawless. Shipping was extremely fast. The stone is a sticker as well. Still beautiful and love it. 🥰 Thank you. 🏆

I am truly happy with this fireplace. It really is very nice. I love the linear esthetics. It all came in 1 box. The flame is quite realistic. There are some that are more expensive but for me this is perfect. This is strong and sturdy piece of furniture. There is alot to put together but the directions are easy to follow. It took me about 2 hrs by myself. Well worth it. Great buy. Pretty quiet with heat on.

Have 2 people to put this together, just to make it easier. Save 2 of the foam packing strips. You will need them. Having this on the dining room stays at a steady 70. Which will help out during the extreme cold of winter. A little pricey, but worth it.

Very pleased! Ordered this for my mother for supplemental heat and style. It was not difficult to assemble but it did take about 4 hours start to finish, directions are pretty straightforward diagrams. Perfect a large room and it heated up quickly.

This thing is a complete scam. It clearly says in the description "Realistic Faux Stone Fireplace Frame: This entertainment center with fireplace frame features an elegant stone veneer and desirable wooden accents, providing both a tactile and visual experience akin to a genuine stone". This would make you think this is some sort of fake stone on the front, which I assumed was the case, and I would be absolutely fine with. Instead, it's literally a piece of wood with an IMAGE of stones printed on it. That's right... a PRINTED PICTURE OF STONES. On top of that, when I went to return it, now I'm on the hook to PAY TO SHIP IT BACK. I literally can't believe it. I will be disputing this with both Amazon and my credit card company.
