There are some that are more expensive but for me this is perfect. This is strong and sturdy piece of furniture. There is alot to put together but the directions are easy to follow. It's very pretty, I love the look, it's exactly what I wanted. Don't love the cardboard stone, but I'll change it with contact paper. I don't use the heater, it doesn't do much for heating the room, but the flames are very nice, and you can use one without the other.

It’s very nice, well worth the money. I did tile over the fake stone image, glad I read others comments ahead of time to know that was fake. And I decided to change out the hardware to better match the room. There is some styrofoam stuck behind the glass, don’t really want to take it all apart to remove it. But otherwise it’s a really great electric fireplace. I bought a crackling sound machine and really enjoying these together. ... show more

Have 2 people to put this together, just to make it easier. Save 2 of the foam packing strips. You will need them. Having this on the dining room stays at a steady 70. Which will help out during the extreme cold of winter. A little pricey, but worth it.

Very pleased! Ordered this for my mother for supplemental heat and style. It was not difficult to assemble but it did take about 4 hours start to finish, directions are pretty straightforward diagrams. Perfect a large room and it heated up quickly.

So the fireplace itself is nice, my issue is customer service. Our fireplace worked fine long enough to get out of the return window. I contacted them and was told i was out of luck. I could pay to return it and then order a new unit. And sellers wonder why people commit return fraud. Im not saying you should, but what other option do they give you? I did not do that, just for the record, im just saying thats the only option they have left me other than keeping a broken product. If the seller reads this, do the right thing here. ... show more
