The media could not be loaded. You really need to read and understand the instructions on how to use this oil diffuser. One button is on off, but there’s three settings you have ,you have intermittent and then you have where it just continues without stopping then you have the light button you have first one for the on button you push for on, then they have it where you go through the colors or you have it where when you like a color, you press it again. To keep it at that color. It’s made of glass. It’s pretty thick. It’s a beautiful swirl. It has a nice face that’s elevated slightly off the counter on the continuous. You can really see that coming up. You know it’s working. It’s got a big reservoir holding quite a bit of water. You don’t need a lot of oil, if you have real essential oils ,not just a fragrance oil. I don’t use fragrance oils because They’re man made. I only use real oil. The one that comes with this is a scented lavender oil I won’t use it. The unit itself is a nice size. It’s not overly big but it’s not tiny. It’s very noticeable. It’s a great place to put in your living room. You wanna show it off because it’s so pretty. I got it in the blue and it looks really cool if you leave it on purple ,Pretty much any of the colors. But my house is coastal theme, so I thought the blue would better suit my decor. So far, I have not had any problems with this unit. We’ll see how well it does over the course of the next few weeks. But so far so good it’s great. It’s a regular plug-in. You don’t need anything extra to plug this in. It’s nicely packaged nice foam that it sits inside of to help protect it from breaking in the box, its is very pretty also.

The best way I can tell others that this company took care of my issue is by showing you the emails that took place between us. They asked me to share my experience on Amazon. My diffuser didn't stay on for long. I kept it because it is beautiful and goes so well with my decor. I decided to email them about the issue and they sent a new unit that works well. Also to note, the power plug on the new unit is now on the side, not on the bottom which is helpful. It was difficult to plug it in, on the bottom, when it was full of water. Follow the instructions to not overfill and not get water in air outlet channel (this information follows in the email thread). If it doesn't work properly, email the company. They had the new unit to me within a week. I have the grey swirled glass model. I ran the new unit and actually timed it, and it was on for 3 hours yesterday. Hopefully it continues to perform as advertised. Dec 4, 2022 10:38 AM Hello, I bought one of your diffusers last May. It is beautiful, however it has NEVER stayed on for more than 45 minutes. If so, keep the base dry for hours.（ Do not move or tilt the essential oil diffuser during the operation.） 3) Use the cotton swab to scrub the mid-hole(mist disc) of the reservoir. 4) Unplug the diffuser and plug it back in or turn it off and on a few times. If the unit still can not work properly after you tried out above options, we’d like to send you a new replacement. Not waterless, there is a reservoir for water. Shuts off when empty. You can set the color you want or let them change on its own. Very quiet.

It’s beautiful and puts out a good amount of vapor, but if you get any water in the vent hole it will siphon out all the water and may shock you (it did me) when you go to unplug it.
