I’ve been testing this OHWOAI wireless outdoor PTZ security camera and overall it’s been working exactly as advertised so far. Setup was quick and straightforward—the app was easy to install, pairing was smooth, and I had the camera online in just a few minutes. The dual-band WiFi (2.4G & 5G) is a nice bonus and helps keep the connection stable with smooth live streaming and quick response. Picture quality is clear and sharp with the 3MP HD resolution, and the color night vision is one of the standout features. The built-in spotlight combined with infrared night vision does a good job lighting up the area and capturing useful details after dark. I also really like the 360° pan and tilt, which lets me remotely cover every angle and reduce blind spots with ease. The auto-tracking feature works well and follows movement reliably, which is great for monitoring driveways, yards, or entry points. Two-way audio is clear enough for communication, whether it’s greeting someone, checking in, or simply letting people know they’re on camera. I also appreciate the cloud and local storage options, with support for a microSD card as well as cloud storage that includes a free trial. The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is the build material—while it works perfectly fine, it feels a bit less durable than desired, especially for long-term outdoor use. Because of that, I want to give it more time to see how it holds up through real weather conditions. If it performs well after exposure to rain, wind, and temperature changes, I’ll be happy to update this review. Overall, for the price, this camera does a solid job.
