What I liked about these inserts are that they are super soft. They came nicely packaged as expected and started to form as soon as the seal was opened. The only issue I have is with the fullness. The pillows are thinner than the average department store inserts and the 18x18 inserts didnt quite fill my 18x18 covers. Consider what your actual purpose would be for the pillows. If its mainly for decorative purposes, you'll be fine purchasing the 18x18 for your 18x18 inserts. However, if you plan on having guests use these pillows and want something to brag about, then I would suggest getting your inserts a size larger than your covers. Example: 20x20 inserts for your 18x18 covers so they can fill properly. If this is the route you take, make sure you "mold" the insert to fill the corners or else it will leave you with a round center, but flappy edges. Hope this helps someone. ... show more

They came flat as a pancake. I took them out of the vacuum-sealed packaging and they instantly started to fluff up. I think a day or two will plump them up nicely, but I was too impatient. I plumped them a little by hand and put them inside the new covers and they look great already! Definitely worth the money. I looked at several places for pillow inserts and the only ones I found that might have been better were nearly 3x the price. ... show more

Very soft but not very fluffy. Comes compressed so u have to fluff them up when taken out of the package. I will buy it again but won't gift these to anyone. Oh and they have a zipper so u can add cotton if u want that was a plus. as soon as i can go to Michael's when the stores open again i will fluff them up more. ... show more
