I purchased this product based on good reviews, and the fact that it was dual voltage. The user manual says it auto converts without having to use a voltage converter, and many reviews claimed no issues when traveling abroad. I needed something compact that I could take on trips. This works so well, I am getting rid of the other stand up professional grade steamer I have at home! I tried this on several different types of clothing/thickness, and it removed wrinkles easily from everything on just the low setting. I didn't burn myself at all, something I have to watch with other steamers I have used (but still be careful, I was probably being extremely careful from being burned in the past). It's very easy to use. But because it's so small, I did need to fill up the water chamber a few times (important to un-plug if so!). You could probably steam an entire outfit without having to do that though. I like that it has the dry iron option as well in case a quick touch up is needed or there wasn't time to steam ahead of time. It comes with a small silicon pad to set it on when it's hot, but I purchased a larger silicon thermal bag to store it in, and I used that to rest it on while I was using it.

Works great! Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is while I was steaming my husband's dress shirt it took a total of 2 refills for the water reservoir, I understand it's for travel but the wrinkles came out! It glides smooth and on the low setting it was effortless and effective. I also like there is a sleeve provided for you to put the hot plate on during your use so if it needs to be put down briefly to make adjustments to your clothes, you can lay the plate on it and the sleeve doesn't melt. Great product and I am satisfied I bought it .
