I purchased this product on or about 13 December 2025 and it worked fine until the first week in January 2025, then I began to get an error message saying that the white ink reservoirs were empty. Upon observation of the white ink reservoirs, it was revealed that they were indeed full. The company was contacted, and they advised me to clean the print heads, which was being done at lease weekly. (The machine was in use daily). They also advised me to stir the ink in the white ink revivor to prevent clotting of the white ink. This ciss was designed to automatically stir the white to prevent the ink from clotting when appropriately charged and affixed to the printer and (it was) and is advertised as such. My equipment, Printer was, is being maintained properly as required. I contacted the company concerning this problem and was informed to perform maintenance on my printer, and to Stir the white ink, which I did, yet the ciss still does not work. This ciss does not perform as advertised.

So far the circulation system is working. I was worried at first since you can see inside one of the white containers and the motor that was spinning was going slower than the other one and seems to lag and stop at times. But it still seems to be working. We will see how long it last in a few months.

The OFFNOVA CISS is a nightmare. At first I thought this machine was built well. Almost immediately it began to leak white ink everywhere. I had to tape the ink lines on the CISS to prevent leakage. Eventually the white supply lines quit working. I had to tear the box apart to find the issue. This machine is poorly built and isn't worth the price. I've sent multiple emails to the company and I haven't received a response back. Find a cheaper version and save your money.
