I was really impressed with the Creality Hyper PLA. It prints smoothly and quickly without clogging or stringing, even at higher speeds. The finish looks clean and professional, and the colors pop nicely. Definitely one of the best PLA filaments I’ve used so far, great value for the quality!

I’ve run this filament through my K1C at speeds up to 300mm/s, and it didn’t flinch. The flow is smooth, the cooling is quick, and the layers bond beautifully—even on detailed prints. Dimensional accuracy is tight (±0.02mm), which means fewer clogs and cleaner results across the board. What really stands out is the toughness. It’s noticeably stronger than standard PLA, with better flex and impact resistance—great for functional parts and structural prints. No weird odors, no warping, and the eco-friendly packaging is a nice bonus. If you’re pushing speed and precision, this filament keeps up without compromise. It’s earned a permanent spot on my shelf.

In its stock operation, when drying PLA, the humidity only goes down to about 25 in a 50 humidity room. I printed a piece that goes into the front of the unit and holds some desiccant beads and with that it will go down to about 15. The dryer does work and prints look do look better then with wet filament. I had a roll of Elegoo PLA come unusably wet, and this dryer was able to make it usable. I also trust this thing to not burn down my house. It does have some safety features, which I learned when I accidently left the lid open. The lid feels cheap, and sometimes requires some jiggling to actually close. Overall, I would recommend it for the price but it could be better.

Have been very happy with the Creality Hyper PLA filament. Burned through two kilograms in a couple of weeks getting ready for Halloween. I did need to up the bed temperature by a few degrees (57 degrees) to get good adhesion, but otherwise no clogs and no fails.

Excellent!!! You have to run it for an hour to clean all the old filament out of the extrudor and such. It is a little bit stringy and wispy spider weby. But is is the best. IMHO.... A definite step up from generic PLA... All I will use from now on...
