Exceptionally Sturdy
Color: Black
This chair truly surprised me! It feels solid and substantial in hand, with a thick steel frame that doesn't wobble or creak at all when seated. The extra-wide seat cushion is incredibly spacious, offering perfect support. It provides firm yet supportive comfort, preventing fatigue during long hours of sitting. Finally, I can fully relax while working without worrying about wearing out the chair—it gives me a huge sense of security! Assembly was smooth, with all parts fitting together perfectly. What I love most is the backrest design—it's ergonomically shaped to contour to the natural curves of your back. The wheels glide smoothly and are generously sized, rolling effortlessly over carpets without any jamming or breaking. The overall structure feels incredibly sturdy, with a heavy base that keeps the center of gravity stable when reclining—no tipping worries. The thoughtful design truly shines. This quality absolutely justifies the price. No more frequent chair replacements! I wholeheartedly recommend it to heavier individuals. ... show more

Roomy, Well Constructed, Comfortable
Color: Coffee
Seriously this thing is massive in a good way! What a nicely constructed functional chair. I really liked the appearance for the cross stitching and the color is very nice. I don't feel fatigued anymore while sitting at my desk for hours. My favorite part about this chair is the arm rests. They fully articulate to be comfortable in almost any position. The downside being they sometimes move when you don't expect them too. I get great back support, especially with the adjustable lumbar cushion. The chair is deep enough that you can sit cross legged if that suits you. Durability wise, this chair is built like a tank but feels my like the Captain's chair on the Enterprise. Super solid and well worth the money. I also slapped on some of those roller blade style wheels, didn't even bother installing the basic ones. That being said, the wheels that come with the chair seem fantastic, I just knew I wanted a Cadillac of a chair and with the upgraded wheels, I definitely got that! ... show more

More adjustments than all other chairs
Color: Black
I like this chair. I work in this chair 5 days a week on average 9 hours a day. I did this review after using the chair about 7 months. Several customizable features compared to other chairs. I like how the arm rests go up and down and elbow support goes back and forth, and turn almost 360. I adjust and move often because of chronic pain. It does feel very sturdy, The metal base is unique. I am 260, 5ft 9in with thick thighs and it is wide enough with a little extra. I could not find a chair with extra seat cushion that I need for severe coccyx pain so I added a 2 inch cushion. Because of that I sit too high for my desk, have to also have a platform for my feet and already have an adjustable height desk. What makes it miss a star for me is a loud clicking ratchet noise when rotating the elbow support and the tilt makes squeak noise. For the level of pain I have this chair is worth the money. I would more than like this chair if the bottom of the seat tilt could be made to stay tiled back instead of all the way flat. This would rotate me and help with pain. I had a chair at a previous job that did that. ... show more

Great Comfort and Flexibility
Review Image by Amazon Customer

This chair is very comfortable for long hours of sitting. The cushioning is soft but still supportive, which makes a big difference during work or study. The backrest provides good support, and the armrests are well positioned. It’s also very flexible and easy to adjust. The wheels move smoothly, and the chair feels stable when turning or shifting positions. The reclining feature adds extra comfort when taking short breaks. Overall, a solid and practical chair for daily use. Great value for the quality. ... show more

Updated chair situation very happy
Color: Black
Update: the company reached out and sent me a new chair very fast! This one is amazing!! Buy a chair from them, if anything is not working contact them and they will fix it OK I have had this chair for just shy of a year and it is falling apart.. It has last stability and leans to one side now. The wheels have lost some of their bearings and will not rotate to allow movement of the chair. The cushion has already collapsed and is creating pressure points. If you are Big & Tall this is not the product for your. ... show more

Buyer Beware
Color: Black
I am 5'8' and 275 pounds so I thought this big and tall chair would be great. It is huge, beyond just weight allowance. The armrests bring my shoulders up level with my ears so by an hour my neck, shoulders and arms are throbbing. No way to adjust the arm rests down go lower them, you can only adjust back and forth or turn the padded part in circles. The back had the head rest hitting the top of my head so it pushes my head down so I am staring at keyboard not screen. The lumbar adjustment is a little rubber bulb that you squeeze and squeeze to add air but the bubble area is about 6 inches above my lumbar area. I looked for a year for a great chair but along with all these issues it is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. There is a cone bump that goes right into the center of my bottom when I sit down, yikes. It is a beautiful chair but I cannot sit down or stay in it. I am a 75 year old senior with mobility issues but I assembled it myself even though it too me longer. It is very expensive so I want to return it and they insist I not only take all the millions of pieces apart and stuff into the original box but I need to return it to a UPS office. Not easy since it weighs 60 pounds and I do not have a dolly or car. Amazon does not collect this since it is evidently and third party and must be returned by the buyer. I cannot so I am out $249 plus tax for an item I cannot ever use. To add to my complaint and warning it was ten days late on delivery to California because it sat in their warehouse for 8 days and never went anywhere no matter how often I asked where it was. Bad chair, bad delivery, bad company policy so buyer beware. This is the very first negative review I have ever written.. anyone want to buy a chair?? ... show more

So far not bad but not great
Color: Black
Looks very nice, organized and labeled items (screws) made it easy to put together. It is spacious and the arm rests are very comfortable (like the seat cushion should be). The back pump and head rest are nice. The seat, on the other hand, is a lot harder than expected. I was expecting to kinda sink into a soft comfy cushion. Overall, lacking in comfort (may need to be broken in), lacking sturdiness (it's a bit wobbly rocks side to side), it does recline but doesn't lock in relined position, great look, feels nice, decent price. WORKDAY #2 Update: My butt and back hurts a bit. I wish the back could adjust up and down. The head rest is and the pillow is a bit too low. I guess I have a long torso and the head rest is behind my shoulders. I have to scoot down to make it feel right. I find myself leaning forward, elbows resting on my desk. The seat cushion needs more cushion, imma get callouses on my cheeks. Lol (I hope not). I have yet to spend 8+ hours in it but by the end of next week we'll see. I will gladly update if my butt, neck and back does well. If my employer didn't buy this for me, I'd return it in hopes of finding a chair with more cushion and a taller or adjustable head rest and back ... show more
