Pros: This chair is has comfortable composition, I sit in it when I work at home for up to 10 hours a day with no issues. I love that the arm rest flip up, my office is not veyr large so being able to push the chair all the way under my desk is very useful. The sleek design in very attractive. It looks modern and clean. It appears to be a much more expensive chair than it is. All in all I think with this chair you get alot of bang for your buck. Lastly putting the chair together was a breeze, took no more than 20 minutes or so. Nicley packaged parts and great instructions. Cons: Though this chair does rock you can not lock it ina reclined position. Sitting for long periods at a time I prefer to lock my chair in a slightly back position to take the pressure off the tail bone. The sales area is not very clear on the "reclining" function of this chair. The arm rest mesh is very nice but a little rough. After using my chair for a couple weeks I feel its making my elbows a little scratch, but nothing terrible that should deter you from your purchase. Lastly the seat could have a littl more give to it, but I feel it will probably break in after it is used for a while. All that being said I feel this chair has been a really great purchase. This is a good looking office chair and has a good value given its price. It is easy to assemble, and the casters work well on my carpet floor. The amount of adjustment options available are not a lot, but enough for fitting my needs. I am able to sit comfortably on it for a whole day. Two little cons to highlight: the mesh fabric is a bit hard, so for people who have a sensitive skin, it may be something to consider. The armrests can only be up or flat. The height of it is not adjustable. In my case it is a bit too low, but I resolved both issues with memory foam armrest paddings I purchased separately. Update - Their customer service resolved the issue, so I increased my rating based on their prompt service. So assembly wasn't too bad. The cushion is comfortable. The headrest couldnt be installed because one of the screws inside the back of the chair was not installed properly so the bolt couldnt reach the screw. I tried to turn the screw in by hand but it was impossible and I couldnt use any tool to turn it because it would damage the back of the chair. Now I have a useless headrest that I cant install. I could have returned it but I put everything together with the headrest being last, so it would be just a hassle taking it all apart and getting it back the box because of one piece. ... show more

I overall love this chair. I wish the seat cushion was a tad bit more squishy, it is very firm, and with chronic tailbone pain due to an injury, I prefer a softer cushion and have found a plusher seat in a thinner chair. Though I wish the material was a tad more soft in feel, I LOVE THE COLOR of this chair and the quality is outstanding regardless. It was easy to put together, even when I thought there were no instructions (I found them later -oops)! I would highly recommend this chair. ONE piece I am going to find hard to overlook, is the neck rest lack of adjustments. It has a SMALL area of adjustment available but it isn’t enough for my particular taste, and I am not very tall. I have another chair which is similar but another brand, and it has a much larger adjustment range.
