I'm 5 ft and this chair actually adjust low enough for my feet to touch the ground. It is not a extremely comfortable chair and i took off the head rest because It felt like it was to far forward, but after ordering 3 different chairs and then passing them on to other family members because they were to tall this one feels like a victory. Chair works pretty good so far. It sits up. You can sit down into it. It does the things a chair should do. I haven’t hooked up the fire extinguishers and gone racing in it yet but probably soon. The wheels are designed for it!! Only downside is the single roller blade wheels though. If they get of angle and you try to do a minor movement or adjustment to the placement of your chair you will spend more time and never get right where you want without first rolling back or to another angle by more than a foot or so. Like you have to build up speed to move an inch because the wheels get stuck and won’t move easily. That or I have put on way too much weight over the winter and I am flattening the wheels with last months comfort food eat everything no shame in this game smorgasbord gauntlet I ran through. I'm 5'4 and the headrest can't be adjusted to be comfortable. The lumbar support can't be adjusted, so it pushes me forward. Also you can't lock the back upright. I don't always want to lean back, but sometimes I want to sit back and you can't do it. It was easy to put together but the "washers" they give you are the same size as the head of the screw so they wouldn't tighten because they kept falling at an angle into the gap. It took me 24 hours to realize this was not the chair for an 8 hour shift. Great if you always want to keep your posture forward and you don't have a short torso. ... show more

Bought this chair for my home office. Now that I am working two to three days a week from home, the $100 Walmart chair wasn't cutting it. This chair is super comfortable and encourages me to use better posture. The casters have large wheels making it roll better than other chairs I've had. I liked this chair until it consistently started sinking down less than a year in to using. The hydraulic in the height adjustment is not longer holding chair as the desired height, and I am not a heavy person. Disappointed I will have to replace this.

My wife and I both purchased the same chair she being about 5'2 and me being about 6'2. She decided to leave her headrest off since it sat too high for her (did not take away from the look of the chair really. Still looks very nice) while it is about the perfect height for me in its highest position. Pros: - Price. I took a chance on this due to the price point and don't regret it at all. - Comfortable for 6+ hours a day. - Easy assembly - Arm rests go high enough for taller users (I have had gaming chairs that were too low for me) Cons: - Only small complaint is that the chair seems to "sink" overnight. I spend a lot of time at my desk and need a good chair. I previously owned a mesh chair but found the seat uncomfortable. Eventually, the mesh seat came loose, and I found myself sitting on metal. Looking for a new chair but still wanting one with a mesh back, but a padded seat didn't provide many choices (that didn't cost a small fortune). I took a chance on this chair and couldn't be happier. The mesh back is supportive and keeps my back cooler. The padded seat is very comfortable. An added benefit is the arm supports. They are adjustable both for height, and you can slide the armrests forward and back. I didn't realize that function until I was putting the chair together (very easy).
