My wife really likes the chair, however the wheels on it are terrible. We have hard acrylic floormate and its does not move around on it easily. We are looking at replacing the wheels. It is a great purchase for money, just wheel are lower quality.

So I like it buuuutttt……it has no padding on the seat so my butt starts hurting after a short time. For me it has sufficient support in the back though. It’s small and compact like I wanted. Easy to assemble, idk why people were complaining about that 🤷🏽♀️ But I did have teen nephews that are go getters lol ... show more

I used to be in the ergonomic office furniture business and am quite well published on the topic of office seating and how to pick a good one. But I moved to a new state and my furniture was coming late and I needed to get some work done. So I bought a small desk and the cheapest chair I thought I could tolerate as I don't really need it. I must admit that chair is actually really comfortable in today I compared it to one of my Herman Miller Aeron chairs and it won. The arms don't adjust and if you need to customize the fit it's not the right choice but there nothing in this price range would be. But for a Home Office chair this was really nice. ... show more

    • Gets the job done if you only sit for a short amount of time and don't rest against the back

The assembly went pretty well until the last step where you attach the back. It is difficult to determine how to get the second side lined up and it's a very tight fit so and required considerable force. The seat is not well cushioned and begins to become uncomfortable after a few hours. Not ideal for someone who works from home. I bought a cushion from Purple and it's better but doesn't fit very well. My biggest complaint is that the locking mechanism has a large amount of play and resting against the back still causes it to lean at least 30-40 degrees back. The back is essentially useless and the chair may as well be a stool for all the support it gives you. This also leads to back fatigue over the course of the day. ... show more
