    • Hard to assemble
I don't have this chair put together yet, so I will update my review if and when that ever happens. I got halfway through assembling it and had to stop. One of the holes that should receive a bolt is not tooled right. The piece the bolt is supposed to screw into is sunk too deep in the hole. It will screw in without the metal brace, but it won't screw in once the brace is under it. It's a bolt that holds the seat and back together, so I would rather have all four bolts installed. I also couldn't connect the seat and back together by myself. Waiting for my son to come and help me. That never makes me happy. More to come if we can get it put together. Really hoping I don't have to take it apart and box it up and send it back. ... show more

I found this looking for a replacement chair for my home office. It’s very comfortable and yet it supports full recline with the foot rest it turns into a semi bed. Turn on the massage function ahhh such a blissful break time! However it didn’t come with AC adapter for the massage. It comes with the USB plug. So if you use it near a PC/laptop it can power off that. I have USB outlets installed throughout my house so that was handy. Of course you could always use your Phone chargers ... show more

I will admit I had some work to do but if putting together a chair is not your thing you can always add the pro. assemble option. The instruction's were clear, except for the tweaking part but if you shoot support an email they will help you rather quickly. You will want to loosen and fasten different parts to get aligned but once you have your handy level right, fasten all at same time. Overall, a really comfortable chair for the price, very soft and perfect for relaxing in between calls, emails and kicking back in extended position for a little rest. Oh and don't despair as I did over not finding the threading, just take some nose pliers and move to the side the cushion batting material but don't pull it out like I did! ;) Hope this helps. ... show more

This is a very nice chair. It is great quality and it came extra fast. I would have given it 5 stars but it didn't. Come with the hardware to put it together. BUMMER. But the company that made it was very accommodating and they are sending the missing parts right away. So I'm very happy with my purchase and will order from this company again. Although its pretty heavy for me to assemble it as I am a 5' lady, you can see in the picture compare to pringles it's a huge chair, it's simple to done alone. This chair arrived without the screws, but the support team did an excellent job of resolving the issue quickly. After putting it together, I like how comfortable it is and how adjustable it is. I used a massager, and it only has a vibrator motor, which is acceptable in this price range, and I wasn't expecting anything fancy. The assembly was simple.
