I like how high the back is on the chair, definitely gives you a lot of support. Rolls around very easily and is very sturdy. Simple design and is not hard to put together. I appreciated the T-handle Allen wrench, which made for a very easy assembly. The seat itself feels very comfortable and doesn't seem to be made from that cheap memory foam that usually flattens over time. Overall, very pleased so far!

Comes wrapped like fine china, everything individually cushioned and even white gloves for the installer! Easy instructions but works faster with 2 people.
