I’ve been using the TRALT ergonomic office chair for several weeks now, and overall, I’m very happy with the purchase. The chair was straightforward to assemble; all parts and instructions were well organized. The biggest advantage for me is the ergonomic support. The lumbar support helps maintain good posture during long work sessions. The seat cushion has a good balance between firmness and comfort — supportive without feeling too hard. Very good adjustable features: height adjustment, reclining function, and armrests make it easy to customize the chair for different positions throughout the day. I’m really impressed with this orange office chair! The color looks great in my office and adds a nice pop without being too flashy. The flip-up arms are a nice feature, although the chair already slides under my desk without needing to flip them up. It’s still great to have the option if needed. The adjustable lumbar support and headrest make a huge difference for comfort, especially during long work sessions. It’s easy to customize everything to fit exactly how you want to sit. Assembly was also much easier than expected. Having a 3/16" Allen attachment for my drill gun made the process quick and smooth. This is actually my third chair from this seller, and that alone says a lot about the quality and value. I’ve had good experiences every time, and this one is no exception. Overall, the chair feels sturdy, comfortable, and well-designed for the price. Definitely happy with this purchase!

I’ve been using this chair since May 2026 and sit in it for about 6 hours a day while working from home. So far, it’s been a solid upgrade from my previous office chair. The seat cushion is comfortable, and I especially appreciate the adjustable lumbar support and headrest, which my old chair didn’t have. Both features make a noticeable difference during long work sessions. Another standout feature is the adjustable armrests, which help me find a comfortable position throughout the day. Assembly was straightforward. The instructions were detailed and easy to follow, and it took me about 40 minutes to put everything together by myself. The chair feels sturdy, rolls smoothly, and hasn’t developed any squeaks or wobbles so far. Of course, long-term durability remains to be seen, but my initial impression is very positive. At this point, I haven’t found anything I dislike about it. If it continues to hold up over time, I would definitely consider it a great value for the price. I’ll update my review if anything changes after several months of use.

I REALLY like this chair. Originally it arrived without wheels but quick contact with the sellers customer service and they sent me wheels right away. Customer service was friendly and easy to work with. Sometimes you never know and I was pleasantly surprised. I love that the arms of the chair can flip up so I can choose to use them if I feel like it. I typically don’t use chair arms and have to remove them, but having the option is even better. The seat area is very large, which I like since I’m someone who usually has a leg up on my chair and I still have plenty of space for my booty. I’m short (5’3”) and this chair works well for me. I prefer to rest my feet on the tops of the wheels & chair legs since I’m used to not touching the floor. Just the same, the height adjustment is helpful if I didn’t prefer to float a little higher off the ground. The seat is nicely padded and comfortable. It’s lasted perfectly for the last 7 months. It’s lighter in color and could stain easily if you’re not careful with your morning coffee. I’m very happy with my purchase.

It looks nice, it is airy, the packaging was great, and it was very easy to assemble. Also, the wheels glide perfectly. But it is not comfortable or provides any back support in any shape or form. The backrest tilts backward slightly (which defeats the point). The lumbar support sits at the bottom and presses on my pelvis rather than sitting higher to help with the gap between the pelvis and the rib cage (as it is supposed to). You also cannot adjust it any higher. So the whole backrest is actively fighting me from keeping my back straight, unless maybe you are resting backward to relax (?). And the armrests sit too high and will cause pain around the scapula if used for too long. I guess it is a good thing you can retract and not use them. Overall, the quality is totally fine, but the design itself I cannot imagine being comfortable for anybody who is trying to work with a straight back. It could be that I'm too tall (6ft) and skinny for it. I came to the conclusion that chairs should be tested before buying. Just go to a store.

Overall a comfortable desk chair due to a great mesh set up, which deals with the entire back and even the head. Accompanying this is an arm below the side of the seat to be pushed down or pulled up to operate the gas lift setup for adjusting the height of the seat, a tilt control for the chair to give you the right angle for your seated comfort, an adjustable lumbar support, armrests that not only swivel upright out of the way when wanted but also which have a padded top that can be shifted 3 inches forward or back to adjust for your arms' comfort. The shaped seat cushion has a 20x20 inch high density foam padding about 3 inches thick. The covering material for the seat and armrests is very durable and easy to clean. The five star base's 5 wheels allow easy and any direction movement required. Even on non hard flooring it moves easily enough. Assembly instructions provide you with step-by-step information and photos of the process as well as a page with all of the parts in photo form and indicating where extra backup pieces are available. All the Allen head bolts, washers and even a T handle allen wrench are found in a cardstock backed plastic bubble pack with labels for each category of part in each bubble section. As a side note, the shipping box is just about the right height to use as an assembly bench for some of the assembly. Contact with service personnel is by email, but they do get back to you within at most a 12 hour period and are very concerned to be giving the customer the best service, which was what I was given. Whether you are small, large or inbetween you should be able to adjust this chair to your desired level of comfort
