I bought this after I saw a friend using it. I like the overall feel of the chair along with its price point. I had been searching for a nice chair a while. I shortlisted few chairs and finally settled on this one. Very easy to assemble. Overall support is good. The tilt function is okay at best. The headrest is great. The hand rest is good but could be better. Hand rest can be extendable which is good. It's not substantial in overall thickness and doesn't curve inwards. At the price point it is understandable. Overall ergonomic-ness is fair. The lumbar support was a big miss for me. I added a thin cushion to make it more comfortable. My back could be very sensitive due to my sedentary lifestyle. I am nitpicking all these things because I am used to Herman Millers at my job. This is more than capable ergonomic chair at a great price point. Hence I bought this instead of a CostCo offering which was slightly more pricey than this. I would recommend this to a friend in a heartbeat. More than 95% of people would find this chair useful.

In the past, I've always had to purchase very expensive desk chairs that fell into the big and tall category. Those types of chairs can run any where from $250-$500 easily. I needed an alternative. Not only do I sometimes work from home, I suffer from sciatica and need to find an affordable, sturdy and comfortable chair that I can sit hours in. This is where the TRALT ergonomic chair came in. It fell in my price range and also fit my white and blue desk theme. Did I also mention that I game often at my desk? Easy to setup and also easy to clean. While it doesn't fit my needs, my only advice is the arm height cannot be adjusted. So please take note of that. Very satisfied with my purchase.
