It arrived with a dint in the box but the product inside was undamaged. The assembly was very easy and the assembly tool provided was the best I've ever used. I've got a shop full of tools but I kept this hex driver to use again. The chair itself is pretty comfortable considering the price. I'm 6 feet tall and 275 lbs., and fit in it just fine. It seems to be fairly well made with the metal base being a nice bonus. The only concern I have are the plastic wheels. I may replace them with a better quality product as the ones included don't roll too well.

I love the chair and the price is great. However, putting it together wasn't all smooth sailing. There was one bolt that wasn't working properly. Overall, not that big of a deal - there is a bigger gap between the arm and the boddy of the chair on one side. Luckily, it doesn't seem to affect the sturdiness of the chair. Time will tell.

This, for the money, is a nice chair. The base legs are actually metal whereas some more expensive chairs had plastic legs. Assembly can be interesting or frustrating. I’ve rebuilt automotive engines so I’m pretty good at assembling things. The biggest problem I had was assembling the arms to the back. I had one screw that simply would Not go in straight no mater what I did. So one of the four screws is cross threaded and won’t tighten or loosen back up. It’s not going to fall apart, just frustrating! It seems very comfortable, though. Still not sure why it’s advertised as a woman’s chair unless it’s because of size and weight limitations. I’m 5’6” tall and weigh 195 and it fits me perfectly.

Bought the Grey, it's a medium grey, matches well with our grey with a blue hue walls. Easy to put together and very comfortable, great back support. I did not use the casters that came with it, using instead a roller blade type,(worried the plastic ones will mark my floor). I would recommend this chair.

The color is more of a dusty rose and grey but it's very sleek and fits well in my space. Assembly was pretty easy. Some of the bolts were temperamental but overall the instructions were clear and I was able to complete it in about 20 minutes without any errors. Feels sturdy and rolls family well on carpet. It's comfortable enough, i wouldnt want to sit in it all day but for a couple hours it's perfectly fine.
