Scooter is pretty quick I’m used to riding lime scooter so use with precaution id suggest wear a full on helmet with full on protective all around gear like from elbows and knees type because it’s pretty mid high elevated and I’m 5’11 not that short so it can be easy to fall if not used correctly or safely brakes work well very fast at braking. It’s also sort of heavy so I would say to count that in if you’re planning on carrying around. The money for it it’s so worth it not crazy expensive but still great quality scooter. I’m only giving this item 1 star because I can’t give negative stars… This scooter arrived to me with a broken charger and I had to wait an extra week for a new charger to get shipped to me and then come to find out the the scooter itself was faulty and the display said I was going 198mph when I was going about 10mph the battery didn’t hold a charge and went below 1/2 charge in under 5 mins. The return process was absolutely ridiculous. That took just over two weeks when the seller gave me the return label, they did not cover the return costs so that costed an extra $217.97 to ship it back to them and they gave me the wrong return address. I had to get Amazon’s A-Z team involved so they could make the return happen successfully. And big thanks to Amazon for figuring it out. NOT WORTH THE PURCHASE ... show more

A lot of scooter for the money. Not for beginners. This as much speed as you would want. When you get 27 mph it feels uncomfortable… definitely get a damper if you want to go faster. Suspension is good. Hit a pot whole at 20 mph and took the impact no problem. The accelerator is a big touchy but you get use to it. Breaks down the job but you really got to squeeze them. The menu is a bit difficult to navigate but the customer service put me in the right direction. I accidentally put it eco mode where it limits the speed to 7 mph. So don’t hold down the gear button. The cheaper model is still advertised as having DUAL MOTORS however it only has 1 motor. It also has half the battery capacity and only gets up to 25mph, nowhere close to advertised.
