This scooter is awesome! It has great suspension and good tires for dirt roads. When using dual motors it has really good uphill power and is very quick. I've taken it on some long rides already and the battery life is good. Took me a little while to figure out that to change between single motor and double motor you have to hold the + button down for about 3 seconds. Other than that the operation is pretty straight forward. You do have to attach the kick stand and the handle bars when you first get it, so take your time with that and make sure you have the handle bars around the right way before tightening the screws. This scooter is really well constructed and is a lot of fun to ride!

Scooters Review - JUST WOW!!! First off the reviews were hard trust because they are for several products not just the scooters. Unpacking felt like another cheaply manufactured items from Amazon…. Out of the box 1 of the 2 we got was missing some washers and looked as though it has already been assembly and ridden a little bit. Upon my first step on the scooter (260lbs man) the suspension bottomed out and it was not pretty. After a little adjusting the shocks it was better. It’s been 7days of daily use in sand, rocks, and pavement and worth every penny. 5 speeds, 1 or 2 wheel drive, and lights for evening time. The suspension and pneumatic tires make the ride very smooth (a little loud due to hard tires) but smooth all the same. These directly made my kids and my life more fun on our spring break!!! Charged 1 time for the entire week!! Didn’t even need to just wanted to prepare for a long ride.

I got my scooter charged the battery. It don’t work. It sets a code E007. Nobody seemed to know how to fix it. I’m not sure what I’m gonna do with this. I have 30 days to deliver it back.

I bought this bike for my son as a Christmas gift. I put the bike together on Christmas Eve so it would be ready Christmas morning. I got the bike together and the front tire wouldn’t hold air. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new tire and tube assembly. Then a couple months later the derailleur broke (because of user error) and I asked about a parts book to order a new one. They just asked for my address so they could send me a new one. Over all the bike is great and my boy loves it. The customer service is awesome and they are very helpful.

I know this is intended for a top tube, but my bicycle doesn't have one so I wanted to see how well it would work on the angled tube. Because it has velcro to go around the stem I figured that would hold it in place and it does. I was looking to use this on my e-bike and the question that I had with this was whether or not I could run the straps around the battery pack to get it to stay in place. The answer to that question is one of them will, the other won't (on my bike; your experience may differ). And you'll notice in the pictures, the hook and loop straps are two different lengths. So the top one goes around the tube/battery okay, but the lower one stops a few inches short. I was able to make it work by using either a hook and loop cable tie or another hook and loop strap through the ring on the other end. I don't know why they shortened the second one. Once secured, it does keep the bag in place, though it slips a little to the side if your load shifts. I wish there were a bit of a non slip texture on the bottom. It has a waterproof / sealed zipper. The body of the bag is a waterproof woven fabric so it has a nice texture. The zipper pulls have a nice pattern that complements the weave in the bag. The top panel is a clear plastic, similar to the waterproof bags you'll see for swimming or snorkeling with your phone. I was able to control the phone via the touch screen through this plastic. That was a good thing because any side buttons were difficult to access. When writing, the screen is clear through the plastic. The shield around the top provides helps minimize the glare and make it easier to follow a map if needed. A headphone slot exists, too, though I'm not sure about riding the wired headphones. At this price point, it's a good deal. Capacity is reasonable, will easily hold a wallet and snack and a few basic tools.

Changed to 5 stars after talking to customer service, turns out you have to activate the dual drive motors by long pressing the + button for 3 seconds, made a world of difference on hills, love it now. This was not in the manual.

This bike bag attaches very easily to your bicycle and sits nicely for easy visibility. Because of the clear plastic top, you can put your phone inside without the need for another mount. The storage area is not very spacious, which is fine but the pocket you insert your phone into is not very big either which may cause a problem if you have a larger phone. I have an iPhone 11 Pro and it was a little bit of a struggle to get it in there. The clear plastic does not sit flat on the phone screen making it difficult to use the phone’s touchscreen. The quality of construction is just OK
