Dome piece doesn’t stay on the ceiling, I’ve tried to return the piece and get a new one and it’s forcing me to add a credit card or do a refund. I’m very satisfied with the pole but would like another dome/ ceiling piece

The media could not be loaded. It came in 3 days, and it was very easy to put together but was difficult to actually get it up and stuck. After playing around with it I finally got it up and it is very sturdy And I weight 210. If you read the instructions and follow them correctly then it should be easier to put up for you. The media could not be loaded. -Easy assembly, 20 mins. Read instructions and get a level to make sure it's not tilted. Otherwise, "Timbeeeerrrrrrrr'" - Sturdy I'm 5'7 and 215lbs (thick). My ceilings are the tallest this pole can extend to. Fyi: the very top piece screws clockwise extend/lengthen. My ceilings are NOT smooth, they're some sort of textured design but, this pole holds. -Great strength and toning exercise, as well as, cardio. - Excuse my kid working his upper body muscles on the "fireman's pole" :) -great value. CONS: -Although, it's "portable", there's no travel bag to transport the pieces. Once its up, you don't feel like disassembling. -There should be a digital download or website to view whatever is on the included dvd, as I no longer own a dvd player. -it said same day delivery if I ordered within 3 hours. I dont like how the cover for the adjuster makes so much noise, takes alot away from the quality and the bearings are stiff but should free up with time, I will be modifying the cover to stop making so much noise

So far this pole is great. Was easy to install, just follow the instructions. Pole is smooth and sturdy. I am a plus-size woman (size 20, ~260lbs) and was a bit nervous about it holding up to my weight, but it's holding up great so far with no budging. Overall feels great, is sturdy, and I'm already having a ton of fun. Will update if I run into any issues. ... show more

    • Missing Extension part.
My pole had came in with only one of the two extension parts and caused problems putting it up. The handbook mentions two extensions however I only have the longer one, not the additional shorter one.

The media could not be loaded. Installing it was pretty easy if you can follow directions. There’s also a couple of videos on YouTube you can find for help. I watched the videos to make sure I did it properly. The pole is sturdy. I weigh 130lbs & it holds me just fine. I have also had friends up to 200lbs play on it.
