directions could be a bit better… unscrew the black insert at the top of pole b by hand to extend the pole…. that’s when you’ll find the hole in the extension… to insert the steel rod to turn it and tighten it in the air… that was where I struggled. Other than that, i’m 5’10 and 220 - feels safe and secure on a 10’ ceiling!

Heavy duty pole and it spins 🥴 pretty simple to put together, no extra tools needed it comes with everything to securely tighten this pole ( lol I thought I was gone need some extra tools but I didn’t ) 💗

The assembly directions were kind of difficult to me so it took me a while because I had to basically just figure it out. Pole is very sturdy once installed & tall enough for my high ceilings. The light included did not work but I don’t really care for it anyways. Over all I’m happy with my purchase.

I’m in love with this dance pole. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone interested in pole fitness. Easy to set up and it feels super safe. Also, customer service was terrific with an issue with my order.

I don’t not recommend buying this pole. It has feel on me multiple times, it took me a while to open the package so of course I can’t return it/ nor contact the seller. This pole has fell on me so many time I’m actually scared to pole. I decided to professionally get it installed spend $100 to get it put up. 3 days after using the pole it started to fall on my daughter and she’s only 7 no where near my size. So just imagine if I jumped on it……. I normally used to circle ⭕️ poles but I was told the square it better for my ceiling. For your safety DONT BUY THE THIS POLE.

The pole seems sturdy so far, it was pretty confusing to put up though. I'm still confused at the instruction to "lock the flange nut". My main issue is it WONT SPIN which is a main reason I wanted this pole. One screw successfully came out, but the second one seems stuck inside. It wont budge at all. kinda disappointed, and I can't speak to the seller.
