Bought 2 of them as I accidentally damaged the first one with a family member and the second one I got it works like a charm. I highly recommend that you look online on YouTube to find out how to turn the pole that way you don’t overturn it to the top because it’s quite simple once you understand it to put it up, but if you’re not educated, you can damage the pole , I also drill into my beam to stabilize it and it works amazing. I am 215 pound, and it works great for me hoping to slim down with this item.

Arriving with all the correct components, the DVD lacks audio, yet after viewing it a few times, it becomes genuinely straightforward. My flooring consists of carpeting and popcorn ceilings, and I can confirm that it's suitable as there is no damage to the ceiling. I promptly executed an inverted maneuver, and it remains secure like a true champion. I would highly recommend enlisting the assistance of a second person to ensure it is properly aligned and holds a couple of items. I am thoroughly enamored with it and exceedingly satisfied. Due to having children, I prefer not to leave it up permanently, but the swift setup and disassembly make it very convenient. A small step ladder will come in handy. Apart from that, it functions well, although the rotation may initially feel a bit rigid, it improves significantly once in motion. I genuinely rate it as five stars.

If you’re looking for an excellent, strength building workout, look no further. This dance pole combines both cardio and strength into sexy and empowering exercise. If I had known how much I would love it, I would have done this way sooner. It is really easy to set up as long as your ceilings fall within the specified range. The instruction detail which pole segments to put together to match the height. The joins are at the top and bottom of the pole and don’t affect its function. The pole feels sturdy, made with heavy gauge metal. The additional lag bolt installation makes it feel super secure. I like that this pole has both stationary and rotating options and can be swapped easily. The pole does take a lot of space around it to use safely. It can be taken down as needed if I need the space for something else. Really great workout and a lot of fun.

I love the gold. I didn’t want the standard silver. I’m going to break down how to put it together in the most effective way I can. It took only me. I’m sure you need two for a taller ceiling. I used all The pieces but one short one. Measure your ceiling with the poles. (The top black part I took a pic of extends to the ceiling..if any piece is too tall or doesn’t seem like it’s tall Enough just stick the long tool in and unscrew it and extend the black part as much or as little as needed. ) I didn’t use a stud finder but I’d recommend one. You will need a 🪜 1.Start with the base and the smallest part of the pole and loosen the screws in it to screw it down to the base then tighten back 2. Attach the next piece my hand is on( make sure the two holes are facing up and not down) 3. Attach the smallest pole first. Determine if you need both small pieces before moving to the big ones. 4. Once you get to the last one screw the silver piece on to the black part after you find the length. 5. Take the ceiling plate and insert it in the pole hold it to the ceiling with the straight tool inserted in the holes of the black piece and tighten it to the ceiling. If you want it in spin mode take the Allen key and unscrew the screws at the bottom of the pole and tighten it for no spin mode. Hope that helps !

I hit that move with the legs up like a V with the head back WHOLE POLE CAME DOWN 🥲😅😅😅😅 i don’t think I’m getting on the pole again hope that helps so in other words screw that damn screw in the ceiling and don’t rely on just a grip of the base from the floor to your ceiling or are you gonna end up like me 😂😂😂😂😂
