I purchased this product after reading many reviews and actually seeing the product at a local home improvement store. I was a little concerned about the price however was really pleased with the product. I was able to install the blinds with ease and they look great. One of the blinds was not working properly so I contacted the manufacturer. After multiple attempts (was hung up on) I was able to take apart both blinds and fix them myself without the assistance from the manufacturer and now they are working great. With have dogs and using our French doors all the time, I wanted something that would not bang every time the door would open and close. I also have allergies so this is the perfect solution. They are so easy to install and look wonderful. The glass is easy to clean and perfect for those of us who have animals and children. They are so worth the money! It took us about 20 minutes to install both. Now all I have to do is paint the trim to match the door and it will be perfect. ... show more

Simple to install and nice and neat look and functionality. Got damaged product twice but, Marcia at customer support was very responsive and mailed replacements quickly. However, the price seem a little on the expensive side. The 4 start rating is because of the price. Love everything else.

Great product. Very solid, weighs enough to be sturdy but not too much to be difficult to install or remain secure. One of the two items I received did have a problem with the tilt function. Seller responded quickly and got a replacement unit to me promptly and then followed up. Excellent customer service. Will likely buy additional units for different sized doors... ... show more

Love the blinds. Installation was easy and they work very well. Not sure about durability because only been installed for short time.

    • Awesome except for the directions
Love these blinds but the directions suck!!!! Buyer beware.....to get your blinds to actually move, you have to take a screw out of the side. I think it would be a really important part of the directions to add that!!! We spent about 20 mins trying to figure it out and thought that they were broken. Other than that, the blinds are wonderful!!! ... show more
