I’m known for being a bargain hunter but there are 4 things that I never want to skimp on: a decent car, a good mattress, good sneakers and a good pillow. I ordered this pillow from Amazon on Saturday and received it Sunday. I had done a lot of research on pillows the past few days. The ones that the experts recommended were around $100. 😮 Amazon had this comparable brand that got 4.5/5 stars and Amazon said it was their most popular one. It was $29.99 I worried a little about not being able to actually feel it first but I think I wouldn’t know what I needed without actually trying it out first anyway. If it didn’t work I knew I could return it. I am pleased to report that it actually exceeded my expectations. I had wanted a new pillow because I kept waking up with a stiff neck and a headache every morning. I would feel sleepy all day every day. My stiff neck hurt and made snap crackle and pop noises. I couldn’t look side to side without it being very limited and hurting. This morning I actually woke up feeling energized, no headache, no tendinitis and no stiff neck. I have my complete range of motion in my neck back and I think it may even have kept me from snoring because even if I’m just lying down sometimes I even snore when I’m awake. I don’t feel stuffy and my shoulder doesn’t hurt anymore. My only wish is that I got it sooner. I used it at my mother’s house and I just bought one for my own house so I won’t have to bring it back and forth. I’m very satisfied! 😀

This pillow works great for proper sleeping position for neck and back. Sleeping on back or sleeping on side the pillow gives the correct support. After a few months of using, I do not have neck pain or back pain. I have tried many styles of memory foam pillows with and without curves, as well as, standard pillows with different materials and various sizes. I even washed the entire pillow with it's two pillow covers to see how it would hold up in a washing machine, and it survived. After taking off the covers to dry and putting it back together, it still holds it's original unique shape. I started by using the pillow as delivered and then removed the insert, both work well, but I prefer without the insert. I will definitely buy again when the pillow reaches end of life.

If this pillow was a dog I would adopt it. If it was a friend I would throw it a party. If it was a sibling I would admit they were Mom’s favorite. If it was a Mom I would let it guilt trip me for missing a holiday dinner. But since it is just made of soft foamy stuff I will simply say it is superior to all other pillows. For 31 years I have been living a lie thinking that every side sleeper had to toss and turn because of shoulder pain. I cannot remember a time when I did not wake up with some level of neck or shoulder pain. I knew as soon as I laid down that this pillow would give me the night of my life, and wow was I right. Idk what this pillow is made of but it isn’t flimsy and it doesn’t flatten. She thicc and supportive, the sort of pillow you settle down with, not a one night fling. I guess what I am saying it, commit and buy the pillow. Worth every penny.

after weeks, still can't get used to this? First pillow that gave me needles in my neck and shoulder on one side? Was hoping it was an adjustment period that would go away but its not. Although the pillow felt comfortable enough, what i also disliked is that this pillow is not cool and gets very warm.

This pillow is so much better than any other memory foam pillow I've used. It took a few days to adjust, but it was well worth it! I don't get as many neck pains and it's great for different positions. Because I'm younger and haven't experienced back pains I can't confirm if it helps with that. I mainly sleep on my stomach and sometimes on my side. It contours to my shoulder when sleep on my side, and either way I flip the pillow it's comfortable sleeping on my stomach. Since purchasing this pillow I've fallen asleep on my back more often with this pillow, I didn't before because it was uncomfortable. I removed a foam insert to feel a bit more comfortable. I am a nursing student and work as a tech in the hospital, so it can be straining on the body. Overall, this is perfect for a good night's rest.

Updated 6/17/23. At first, this product seemed to work great and it did help me learn to sleep on my back. There was a little neck pain but I thought that was just my neck adjusting to the new sleep position. I was wrong. I wake up with stiff sore neck every time I sleep with it, whether I sleep on my back or roll to my side. I think I'm better off without a pillow. If you bought the product based on my previous review, I hope that you have more success with it than I did. I wish I had realized the problem before the warranty period ended. I guess the price of the product was the cost of the lesson. However, the memory foam does hold up. Old review: I've been a side and stomach sleeper for--well forever. I'd tried to sleep on my back for years. I'd lay down on my back and as I got drowsy, I'd migrate to my side or worse onto my stomach. I had trouble getting my pillow(s) to the right height to support my neck and often woke up with a sore neck or stiff shoulders. The way this pillow is molded to fit my body makes it easier for me to go to sleep on my back and retain that position throughout the night. My shoulders, which often round forward because of all the time on the computer, get to relax down into the correct position. I highly recommend this product if you too want to start sleeping on your back or want a pain free way to sleep on your side.
