I've run many winter ultramarathons where the combination of low temps and physical fatigue made it nearly impossible to keep my hands warm, even when using the chemically-activated disposable hand warmers. These warmers fit inside easily mittens (I'm an adult male with XL glove/mitten size) and--with a little finessing--inside my fingered cold-weather running gloves. They work better inside the mittens, as it's much easier to adjust hand and device position to get good warmth on fingers as well as palms. Over the course of the two training runs I've used them on so far in 20-degree (F) weather, I've actually had to turn down the heat to level 1 (lowest setting) because I was getting too hot. Fit, finish, construction quality, and performance are--at least at the 1-week point--top-notch. The instructions were complete, and easy to follow. Great value. I'd buy these again.

I purchased these hand warmers after returning the mini size Ocoopa warmers, which were too small and not emitting enough warmth for me. After receiving these, I really liked the two sided heating component which lets you hold your warmers anyway that is comfortable for you. They are sized to fit in a woman's hand, enough to allow your fingers to wrap around the warmer like you are holding on to a cup of hot coffee. There is added girth for my hands so that I can roll the warmer around in my hand to make sure I heat everywhere that's needed. My arthritis makes that esp. important for me. I also have Reynaud's and these warmers have been a lifesaver for me indoors as well as outside. The warmers are hot on the 3rd and 4th settings so be careful! I put the warmers in my lap while using the computer, & let's just say I found red marks on my thighs later that evening. Don't leave them heating on a surface and forget about them, either keep them in your pocket or turn them off. They heat up very quickly and are easy to use. I charge them as soon as I finish using them, as the charge time can be somewhat lengthy. I have never let them run down enough that I have had to recharge the entire cycle, but I am sure the recharge time would be as advertised. I use them on the 3/4th settings for perhaps 3/4 hr. at a time, and I am surprised how long it seems before they are ready. So that is why I use 1 warmer most times and switch the warmer back and forth, or hold it between my 2 hands. I would say that these are the best items I have found to grab something and heat it fast for use as needed. I would definitely recommend them. The reason they don't have 5 stars is because I have not used them for > 3 months yet. If the performance continues, I would give them 5 stars without hesitation. They even come with an adapter to go from USB to USB-C plugs !

Got a set of these for a Christmas present from the Boss. They work amazing showed them to my family then all of them wanted them for Christmas. They’re great for if you have sore hands or sore spots on the body you can use them like a heating pad they’re worth our waiting goal to when it comes to keeping your hands warm Also can be used as a battery to your devices and an emergency situation. It’s a pretty great idea. I recommend these to anybody that do outdoor activities and cold weather or or outdoors and the elements it’s good for hiking camping and work pretty much anything that has to do with cold weather keeping your hands warm

These are terrific - they have heating surfaces on both sides so one of each hand works better. They couple together with internal magnets. The shape works perfect for my hands and my wife’s hands. The battery lasts for a long time. The color makes them easy to find. The texture is comfortable. Try them, you’ll like them.
