If I could give zero stars I would. When I received this item, it was defective. I received an error code and the back tire was making a loud clunking noise. I sent multiple messages to the seller and even a video recording the problem per their request. They take 3 to 4 days to reply to messages, and their replies aren’t helpful at all. After eight days of frustration, I decided to return the product for a refund. They refused to send me a free shipping return label so not only did I pay almost $500 for a product I had to pay $279 to ship it back to the seller. ... show more

I’ve had this since early December I have only charged it once since then. It is now April and it’s still fully charged. The headlight could be brighter and it’s a heavy scooter I need to use two hands to pick it up and take it upstairs and downstairs to my unit. I believe it’s worth it the ride is smooth and it goes up to 30 mph but I’m too scared for all that I drive it under 10 mph ... show more

This scooter is an excellent beginner to intermediate adult scooter. It excels at commuting (effective turn signals and flashing brake light) and as a short-distance run about. I would say light off-roading is OK. I'm a bigger guy @ 236 lbs and so braking could be stronger since it only has a front drum brake. But even at my weight, this scooter can still hit 30mph on flat tarmac. I purchased a 2 year warranty. Mine had a malfunctioning screen but customer service is responsive and nice, they sent a replacement screen within 2 weeks. Great experience overall. ... show more
