It offers a variety of features. Swivel, rocking, recliner, massage, heat, cup holders on each side, and also side pockets. I’ve only used the massage a little bit, mainly because of where I have the chair. That wasn’t why I chose the chair that’s just an extra. I usually don’t use the cup holders for cups. I put my phone there. If you do put a cup, make sure to have a lid, it’s a rocker ( Splish splash). The side pockets come in handy also. It was fairly easy to put together, just watch the cords. It has the recline pull handle on the inside of the arm. There has been no problem with it. Although sometimes it takes a little effort to get the footrest back down. Just give it a kick with the back of your leg. Some kids or fragile people might have problems with this. I have actually spent a few sick nights asleep reclined in this chair. The padding is just right and while sick I was able to get well rested. The only thing I’m a little concerned is how well the material will hold up. If the seating area will loosen. I have recently noticed little bits of material balling up on the arms like I need to use a lint roller. Over time I’m not sure how that will wear. In the end I’m really pleased with this chair since I had searched for a year before I made a decision on this one. It was the right pick. Update… regarding the material, I have sensitive skin so maybe that has some bearing on the situation. That balling up I had mentioned I think is continuing and it’s irritating my skin. But I still like the chair and have ordered a cover, not a full cover , where my skin touches. I don’t want to cover the cup holders. Also it will help keep it clean .

I am 78 yr old 5’2” the chair is comfortable, looks great…. Had the chair for 3 days and STILL can’t close the foot rest! If I could find a way to get the foot rest to close I would give a 5+.

Super comfy, I got the non leather one because I didn’t want my skin sticking to anything. The massagers are more like vibrations but I enjoy it! The heater setting comes on so quick. Very comfy! I was surprised how great the price was. I’m using it as a nursing rocking chair and wanted more comfort options and I’m happy with it

review I've been a manual recliner user most of my life, so I know how to use the various features very well. After putting the chair together, I pulled the footrest release handle and nothing happened. I tried several more times, but it took a herculean effort to raise the footrest. Then, I tried to return the footrest to it's closed position (you use the back of your legs to push it down until it clicks). What a nightmare. I contacted OBBOLLY, the manufacturer, and complained about the pull cord and footrest issues. I received a response stating the problem resides in improper technique by the user. They offered to accept my return, but I would have to pay for shipping. So, I disassembled and packaged the chair and took it to UPS. The UPS associate put the lighter of the 2 boxes on the scale and said it was going to cost over $300. He looked at the heavier box and stated the cost to ship the heavy box would be well over $400! The label Amazon sent me had a Hawaii address. I asked him to check for continental US prices and the price dropped to around $600. When I contacted OBBOLLY again, they emailed recommendations I may want to pursue; 1) sell it at an auction or online, 2) give it to a friend or family member, 3) or donate it to a charity. At the bottom of the email they reiterated the problems with the use of the chair were improper techniques being used. I had 2 other family members try the chair's release and closure of the footrest and they also experienced failure! The padding on the chair is good and it did recline (not very smoothly). The heat and massager worked and I like the design of the pockets. Overall, without the footrest issues, I would be a satisfied customer. Amazon, had I known the return policy was so egregious, I would have opted for a different product. I've returned other products from Other Sellers on Amazon and found the process fair and equitable. I am now $400 (tax+shipping) in the hole and am hoping to get at least $100 for the chair online/word of mouth. The time, energy and frustration were NOT worth it.

The media could not be loaded. It was incredibly easy to put together after I repaired the damaged track. It has a ripcord looped wire to activate the recliner and it’s very hard to push down the leg rest. But if you had grandkids, this is priceless and it’s very comfortable to.
