    • Great product, better customer service!
In January 2023, I purchased for just what it suggested, something compact enough to fit in the glovebox. It came without any charge at all, which I found odd- most products are at least partially charged when they ship out, so I charged it for several days. Took it off the charger, easily set desired pressure, but after I walked outside and decided to check the operation by pushing the button- nothing. It was completely dead. I could not bring up pressure gauge again- all dead. That explains perhaps why it was dead out of the box. I was disappointed because I really liked the idea of the product but couldn't get it to charge. I wrote the review, returned it for a refund, and moved on. In May, 4 months later, I was contacted by the company, apologizing for my difficulties, and offered a refund or replacement. I told them I had already received my refund so they offered to send me a new pump for free. I was flabbergasted- I have never seen this kind of concern about a customer's experience. Three days later, I received the P1S at my house. I charged it up and tried it out- it works great! I am changing my review to 5 stars, not just for the product but the outstanding customer service which to me is most important. Good job! ... show more

    • Perfect to Have on Hand
I have had one of these for years and it works great! Can't tell you how many times it has come in handy. I purchased this one for my son, who is always borrowing mine. Easy to use and works like a charm.

    • Good assembly, not reliable plastic had, no replacement air hose available.
This compressor was able to inflate 3 road bike wheels to 100PSI, then I had to cool it down to inflate the last wheel for the second bike. In a month it started to overheat earlier. Now I’m able to inflate only two wheels to 85-90 before overheating. The bigger problem is the plastic head which started to lose air. I can’t find a replacement kit for this compressor since the hose has a non-standard thread. The gauge on this compressor is pretty accurate, the overall quality is good. Update: the seller contacted me and sent a different model - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079R98G4W. This one does its job perfectly for me. ... show more

    • 2 year review: great product but only use on car tires sparingly.
I've used this device now for 2 years. Mainly on motorcycle tires and bicycle tires, both of which do not take long to fill and this device has worked perfectly. Unfortunately I recently have had an annoying car tire that is constantly deflating after a week or two. In my area there is no where to fill up your tires that doesn't cost quarters so I would just use the pump. In order to fill a car tire up to 34 psi it would take roughly 10 minutes vs the 1ish minute of the motorcycle and bicycle tire. After 10 minutes it heats up to the point you can't touch the part where you screw in the air hose attachment indicating I'm overworking the device. And eventually the devices display froze preventing me from using it, so I had to pop off the display and unplug and replug in the red wire (very easy to do), and that fixed the problem. Basically: solid device, can be used to fill up anything, but I would cut it off after 5 minutes and let it cool down or you might run into problems after a year or two. Not the best for car tires which take 10 minutes to fill. ... show more

    • Oasser made things right!
UPDATE: Oasser contacted me and provided a replacement, free of charge. The replacement is an updated model, the P2, and is much better. The overall packaging and the included accessories are very impressive. Though it seems to perform about the same, but it appears to have much better build quality and it is more intuitive to use. I would say skip this one completely and go for the P2. I'm updating this review to 5 stars, mainly because of the superb customer service. Again, go for the P2 version pump and do not buy this one. *end of update* I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel like it’s my duty to warn others who are considering buying this pump. The first one I received had a leak in the pump mechanism and wouldn’t inflate anything to more than 12 PSI. You could even hear the air leaking back out through where the hose connects. Amazon quickly resolved the issue. I was sent a replacement and it didn’t leak. The problem is that it shut off well before the desired pressure and wouldn’t turn back on until connected to the charger. It lasted 4 more times and now will not turn on at all. The idea of a portable, rechargeable air compressor is wonderful, but this is an abysmally flawed example. ... show more

    • Battery died after 3 uses!
This unit was my second air pump I've bought from this company. The first one worked great and lasted a couple of years before it died. I use this pump every couple of months to pump my car tires up and it works great. However, I bought this second unit and the battery is no good. I won't charge more than two tires in a row. And we're talking tires that are only being topped off and not inflated from being flat. It only takes 45 minutes to charge back up (which is not nearly how long it normally does or should take).     • Works great small light weight
When the weather changes hot to cold back to hot most car tires lose pressure. This pump holds enough charge to inflate 2 auto tires, but also plugs into car lighter plug with a long cord to easily and quickly inflate all four.
