I purchased this canopy back in May. I had a slight issue with it that I chose to live with…until I couldn’t. The issue got worse and the canopy ultimately fell, tearing the top completely. I contacted customer service since I was well outside of my Amazon return window and they responded to me within the day with perfect professionalism and curtesy. They were apologetic that I had the issue to begin with and replaced the entire canopy immediately. From the day I messaged them to having the replacement was less than a week. I couldn’t ask for a better company to do business with. They were by far one of the better sellers I’ve had the pleasure of working with on Amazon and if you’re on the fence, go ahead and go for it. They make it worth it.

Bought this for my daughters bday party. Looks super cute and reasonably priced with discount ($230) but get what you pay for. It definitely requires 4 people to set up otherwise the frame will bend/break. The covering is probably only going to last 2 uses before ripping, it was stretched and thin looking after putting it up and taking it down once. Did look very cute set up. Takes a lot of work to fold properly to fit in storage bag which was ripping the 1st time we put it away. Sad, returned for something with higher quality.

I purchased the tent for a party and it took me about 7mins to put it up, about 5mins of that was putting up the walls. The night of the party was a storm and the day after was raining real hard and I still have it up. It was easy to put up, nice and sturdy. I highly recommend this tent.

I scoured Amazon for the easiest party tent to assemble, as our old one had a million poles that we had to number and match up for assembly, taking hours to put together. I bought this one specifically for the ease of set up thinking I could assemble it alone. It would very easily be a one person job EXCEPT in the beginning when you fan out the frame. It was too hard to do alone and I had to summon some help for that part only. Otherwise, it is very easy and it took me 30 minutes to assemble by myself (help needed to pull out the frame). I would buy again for sure!!! Follow up to my initial post, the tear down was even easier and to my delight, everything actually fit in the provided bag. The only thing that would make this better would be if the bag had wheels. It is very heavy.

The initial setup is where it all went down - the walls support started to bow immediately! The side walls right out the box shown wear as a start of a whole/rip. Within an hour of this tent being up - the top support snapped right before our event - so duck tape was the best we could do - and it was beyond embarrassing. Taking this down was even more than a of a hassle! Would not fold and the braces bent and cracked as 5 of us worked to bring it down! Then when we tried to put this in the bag - the zipper broke!! It’s in the bag, it’s in the box, it’s going back - LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE!
