I was looking for a 10 x 10 pop-up to put on my deck in May. I saw the oasis home pop-up and liked very much the sides that came with it that Velcro up onto the side in case it was raining. I installed it on my deck and it was up for approximately three months. I had an issue with a tear in the top when I was taking it down for the season. I was kind of upset and I got hold of oasis home and they got back to me very quickly. I was impressed with the after the sale customer service. After sending pictures of the tear in the date of purchase, they were quick to send me another pop-up. I am sooooo happy I chose this. I read a couple reviews that scared me, but I think they must have fixed it. It was so easy to set up. The only help I needed was pulling the frame open and putting the roof on. I probably wouldn't have needed help with the roof part but figured I might as well get help if it's being offered lol. It is heavy duty. The frame is thick and extremely sturdy. The walls velcroed all the way around. There were no openings. it velcroed all the way down the legs. It came with very heavy duty sand bags to fill. Thick sturdy rope with metal stakes. It adjusts 3 levels. Zippers on both ends for opening. Both long sides have large French like windows to look out (they don't open). I am extremely satisfied with this product and am so glad I chose it. I'm using it indoors as a free standing bedroom it works perfectly for. I'm almost disappointed I don't need it for outdoors, because it is perfect for any outdoor activities!! So happy😊

We purchased this tent and 1 of the 4 legs would not extend. We exchanged it thinking that it was a fluke. We just tried to use the replacement and had the EXACT SAME ISSUE! We forcefully pulled the leg out and realized that something is scraping the leg from the inside of the part and would not lock. This is a safety issue. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I use it for my spray painting. It allows a good amount of natural light in and we had some windy storms kick up and it held together just fine. The building materials seem very good and strong. I highly recommend it.

The roller bag pretty much rules the first time I tried using it. They need to work on the stitching. Thank goodness for the two straps in the middle of the bag that I’m able to use to hand carry it to my wagon. I bought this tent for craft fairs and although I like this tent for gatherings, I don’t suggest people buy it for craft fairs unless you will always have at least 2 people at set up. I tried stretching the frame out on my own and it’s not possible, so I always have to ask a fellow crafter for help. Once the frame has been stretched out and once you’ve used the canopy a few times, the mechanisms are easy to set up. It was hard the first two times, but I guess once we’ve stretched it out a couple times it was easy to get things to click into place easier. For craft fairs, I still suggest the type of tent where you’d lock the tent into place from the middle, so once I save up some money that’s what I’m going to do.

I purchased a 10x10 canopy (one with removable walls) in order to help beat the heat of Florida Summers and the consistent rain! I had this canopy up for most of the Summer and Fall, only taking it down for major thunderstorms and hurricanes. This canopy held up very well with minimal damage or leaking (though there is some minor leaking from stitched areas) until recently.. We had a bird tear through the canopy in a fit so now we have a major hole in the fabric top! Beyond the minor drip leaks the only other problem we had was the anchor cords popping (and breaking into tiny pieces!) But it is really easy to run new anchor lines from paracord. I would happily rate this higher if there were a way to order a replacement canopy!! I hesitate to buy a new one only because having a second canopy base would be a waste. I may have to look for other brands to order the fabric top. If you need a quick shade canopy or to keep the rain off your puppy doing their thing, this is a great buy! The canopy top will easily have a long life if you are careful when you break it down and put it back up, and especially if you live somewhere with less dramatic weather (and sun/UV weakening of the fabric!) I bought the white Canopy to help reduce the wear and tear on the top during the brutal summer heat here and recommend it to you as well! Hope this helps some of you decide to choose!

Edit- One of the poles broke, I contacted the company, they fully replaced the awning immediately. They are wonderful to deal with. Love this Gazebo. Bought this for camping, used it over a rainy weekend and it was great. Easy to set up and kept us dry, the side walls were perfect. I loved the size and the side walls that came with it, so nice to have when its a heavy downpour.
