Features

  • Secondary Gas Combustion: Enhanced with double-wall construction, our camp stove is using the cool airflow that enter through the holes to fuel the ignited wood inside the stove. This mechanism allows the wood to burn steadier and decreases the smoke output.
  • Improved Design: The wood burning stove is designed with a wide opening, making it easier to insert wood or other fuels. After lighting up the wood, the air holes at the top help in control the fire better, making it last longer and burn the wood completely.
  • Lightweight Design: The camping stove has a compact, lightweight design, which makes it very easy to be carried in your backpack. It is a very practical tool for camping or hiking because it is a space saver and it is very easy to install and use.
  • Top quality Stainless Steel: At OAKVUE, our priority is quality. That is why we designed this lightweight backpack stove with pure stainless steel. The material can resist high temperatures and ensures stability when you place a heavy pot on top.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: Our product is backed by a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer defects and 100% satisfaction guarantee.

  • Super easy to use
Style: Rounded
Took this on a camp trip this last summer. Super easy to use. We gathered twigs and dry brush from around the camp site and lit a fire as described. Was able to keep feeding the fire as needed with small twigs and broken branched without removing our pot. We boiled water and made oatmeal. Fun experiment and perfect when we just want to heat up a single item without wasting or using our camp fuel thus saving a bit of money and ensure we don't run low or out of valuable propane. ... show more

  • Unwrapping nightmare
Style: Foldable
Nice little stove. I personally think I should of gone up in size just because it is hard to find material small enough to burn in it. I had to unfortunately give it 3 stars due to the awful process of opening the stove. It comes with a wrap on it that is very hard to get off and after using once, the metal is very discolored now. ... show more

  • Bigger than expected but works great!
Style: Foldable
I wanted something that could safely burn all the sticks and twigs from the yard but wouldn't let burning bits blow out if a breeze came through. This folding stove has a nice big mouth for feeding, but the three non-mouth sides have thin openings for taking in air that aren't big enough for a burning twig to try to escape. The burn chamber is pretty large and the whole floor has holes to let air in, so it's easy to build pile of coals in the back and still have plenty of space to keep things from trying to fall out the mouth. I have smaller, lighter stoves that I'd rather take for camping, but for safely burning things in the back yard, this stove is a great value. ... show more

  • Good little backpacking stove but fabrication needs to step it up.
Style: Rounded
Nice and light weight . Nestled together great and come with a nice draw string bag. My father had something similar that had a fan that ran off A double A battery my entire life and I was considering buying a burner and carrying in a propane tank but with how light weight this is and how good it keeps wood burning I’m glad I bought it. The emergency lighter isn’t the best but the blowing tube it’s great I got a fire of very wet wood going in less then 2 min with the blower and I didn’t have to breath in smoke the entire time. Fabrication of the very top collar and prongs could be a little more square but other than that great stove. ... show more

  • Nice little stove

The stove was a little smaller than expected, and is a gift. It does appear sturdy and nice in appearance. I should have read the description more carefully.

  • a must have in your kit or bug out bag
Style: Foldable
let me begin by saying this is a great little stove! removeing the protective coating, tedious .. yes. but very easy to remove. my first test lap with it .. back porch fresh from the box, 9 Kingsford briquettes and one rope fire starter .. combined with the MalloMe Camping Cookware Mess Kit and i prepared a dirty rice in the 2L pot and fried up some chicken strips in the pan … flawlessly with time to spare. i haven't been to the field with it to test with other natural fuel sources but as soon as i do i will amend this post. thus far it fits in my 42L pack, flat, weighs next to nothing, cools relatively quickly after long usage, assembles and comes apart too easy. this is a great buy if your into outdoors, or are just looking to cook on your porch and enjoy the evening. but like i said, this unit will be tested in the field (for days i will use this only) i will report back. ** report ** this piece of kit is built tougher then it looks, i have used it on countless fishing and 3 day hikes... I will say after probably 50 or so burns it gets burned into position.. meaning it has to go back together the same way .. but of all my findings that's the worst if it.. worth the buy. I have 2 ... show more

  • Seems good for the price: 3.5 stars.
Style: Rounded
So, I have only fired this up once and here is what I have noticed. Makes good fire, easy to light and gets hot. Don’t let the double walls fool you, the whole thing will be hot, as one should expect from a stove. Make sure you use in a fire proof surface as it will drop hot embers below the stove. My three nitpicks are as follows. 1. Aesthetically it does look a bit thrown together, but this doesn’t affect the function, a few uneven spacing in the holes etc. Doesn’t keep it from getting hot, so this is a non issue for me but may be for someone else. 2. The prongs that rotate out to support the pot all need to be forced into the open position I could see how this could cause a catastrophe if there was a pot of boiling water on it and then they fell the rest of the way open because of #3. I could envision this being a potential safety issue for someone. 3. Heat plus metal equals pliability and warping, even with nothing on it my pot surface warped under the heat until it was difficult to put away without a bit of force, and caused scrape marks and some scratching in the fire bowl and a tight reassembly, which could be a pain in the future. For the price it’s really good, but if they worked on a few construction issues, it would be great. ... show more

  • This one has hinges and it is SO MUCH easier
Style: Foldable
I almost bought another model that didn’t have hinges, so glad that I got this one instead. Hinges make it easy to set up and take down. Yes, the rods that hold those hinges come out, just check them. This my new go bag favorite, I have burned grass twigs and full logs. Burns itself out quickly so you can handle it and put away (hot metal), boiled water in less than 2.5 minutes when I timed it. I got the larger model and it is taller than my hand, quite big if anything. SO HAPPY with this buy. ... show more
