Edit: Seller graciously refunded item after this review was written. There is a 12 month warranty. Edited review from 1 star to 4 stars. I may just have received a lemon; it can happen with almost anything I think. I bought this lamp in November 2022 and instantly loved it for the bright light it gave off and its sleek look. It is now May 2023 and the light is no longer functional. For a while it was difficult to turn off and on with the remote now it has become completely non-functional and will be headed to a landfill. No damage to the product ever occurred. I will be looking for a replacement. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this product. ... show more

This is the second one I bought. They light up any room I put them in. The touch switch on the pole is easy to use once you get used to it.

    • Check color before you put it together and expect assembly to be a little tricky.
I went back and forth trying to decide whether to order black or silver. Decided on silver. Lamp came and was black. Thought I must be remembering it wrong. Finally checked. I did not order it wrong. They sent the wrong color. The order was for silver and they sent me black. Called and they said to use Amazon's return policy but honestly after assembling it, deciding on the slant that would work best for the lamp's top, and getting it situated where I wanted it, that did not seem worth it. And the black does look a lot better than I thought it would. It is bright and it does look attractive in my opinion, but then I like modern style furniture. Assembly ... after the first instruction ... was straight forward. The first instruction tells you to connect the power part but there is no picture that has a power part labelled. My first guess was the power cord that plugs into the wall. Wrong. That is not what they meant. They meant the power cord that connects the bulbs with the pole. Also, they did not say how to connect it. I just connected it. Wrong again. You need to slide the power cord through the separate top part of the pole and then connect it. After figuring out that, the rest of the assembly was straight forward and easy. One last item ... they say the lamp may have a delay if it is connected to a smart device. I did not realize a plug that is controlled by an ordinary wall switch was considered a smart device. I emailed and was told that yes, if you want to connect the lamp to an on/off switch, there will be a delay of from 2 - 3 seconds before the lamp actually turns on and you get light in the room. That can feel pretty weird and does not help you see in the dark. You'll need some other light source in the room that you can use for the 2 - 3 seconds, or stand still waiting until the lamp lights up and you can see where you are going. We purchased two for our living room about 8 months ago. While we did like the look and the brightness (why I gave 3 stars), the remotes rarely worked properly, the lights disconnected from Bluetooth frequently and now after a power outage, neither work at all. We’ve tried everything to get them to turn back on and I messaged support with no reply. Really bummed we didn’t even get a full year out of these lights and are now sitting in the dark trying to figure out another option. ... show more

Stopped working after 7 months. The only reason i am giving this lamp 3- stars is because when it did work , i loved it and it looks really beautiful. The gold is a really nice tone and it seems alot more expensive than it is. The remote control stopped working immediately, i received a replacement but even that did not work. I decided to just turn it on and off manually, and it didnt bother me. Unfortunately it eventually just stopped working. Debating on purchasing again but I'm not too confident it will last much longer the second time around. ... show more

I love the lamps… they’re perfect for me but 1 of the 2 I bought was faulty and flashed every couple minutes… the replacement seems fine and I am happy with the light levels… havent experienced them being too bright or watever some people complained about. The remotes are cheap and if you plan on running these in different rooms be ready to have one remote turn them all on from what I can gather. When you sync a remote it will sync to all available lights and control them all. For me it’s not a problem because I only used the remote to set the warmth and brightness. I turn them on via voice through google assistant and they save the last setting which is awesome. I’m happy and hope they don’t start tweaking out like others complained. They are streamlined, sleek lamps and I am super happy with the look and tiny footprint. ... show more

Seller stood behind product offered new item or refund. After 6 months of use the light cycles on and off every 10 seconds. Too slow for a good dance club strobe and to fast to get any work or reading done at night! Cord and plug get really hot to the touch. I am unplugging this unit immediately.
