I like this binder! I like how comfortable it is and I feel secure when I put it on. Strong velcro and not itchy. I bought the 2 panel and the 3 panel. For both of them, I cut along each panel about 6 inches so that I can have just the right sizing for abdominal area from waist to groin. Works perfect!!! It gave me that security I needed when recovering, which for me is 3 to 6 weeks. LOVE THIS BINDER! YOU WILL TOO!!! I ordered several binders and returned.. when I put this one on i knew it was the right one!!!!!

I like the fact that this abdominal binder does really hold me in and give me the support where I need it. The Velcro works well and stays where I place it. I use it primarily when I do strenuous work that would pull my abdominal muscles and it does its job very well. I recommend this product.

I was really on the fence about getting a binder for after my hysterectomy. I was really anxious and wanted to be prepared without spending a fortune, and a lot of other binders were really intimidating. This was my happy medium. I'm one week post op and this binder has been an absolute godsend! It keeps my belly in place, my posture straight, but without feeling like I'm trapped or unable to move. Everything feels perfectly supported. I've even slept in in a couple of times when I just couldn't bear to be without it. The velcro does pill the fabric something fierce. However, my post-op helpers found this very useful in measuring my swelling. They could give me feedback on my progress depending on how my binder fit each day. The biggest downside is I still cannot for the life of me get this on by myself at this stage post-op. I absolutely must have help, and I now understand some of the more complicated looking binders with all the straps. I have no regrets with this one, however. It was absolutely worth the money spent for the peace of mind I had before my surgery and the comfort it's given me afterwards. 4 Week Update: It's still holding up strong. I bought a second one so I could wash one and wear another. I really recommend keeping the velcro cover it comes with for washing purposes. We've washed on gentle cycle, air dried, and both have handled continuous use well. I still need help putting it on, even though I'm recovering very well. I stand firm in my rating, though. For the price, I legitimately could not have asked for better.

I liked that it was only 6 inches wide compared to the 9 inch one I had. I’m short so this worked better for me. Two things I don’t like about this one compared to my old one: my shirts cling to this one and this is stretchier so not as supportive.

Used this after my c-section for a few weeks, held up pretty good. Made recovery a lot simpler in my opinion. There were a few loose strands from the Velcro pulling on the material so it wouldn’t be great for long term use but I definitely could have gotten a couple months out of it with very regular use before it would have been trashed.

I bought this support belt after my spinal surgery. Fastening it was sometimes difficult since my waist is considerably smaller than the area above the hips. The model does not display such a difference in measurements.
