Very useful 6” elastic abdominal waist support. The velcro fastener end binds very tight and is a bit hard to release. The velcro fastener end is also exactly the same width as the entire band, so even the slightest off center wrap connection allows the velcro to uncomfortably contact skin. A tapered velcro end would be a smarter design. However the wrap is very comfortable, very thin, feels very good, and provides some real low back support…at a very reasonable price. . ... show more

This might work for other medical procedures but where liposuction is concerned around the hips, waist, and lower back, this is extremely uncomfortable. In fact, it's downright painful. The texture of it is not soft due to the elastic and when you sit down it flips up. The ridges in this also crease and create pressure on very sensitive healing skin. It also rides up. Recommended by occupational therapist. Very comfortable and infinitely adjustable because the velcro panel can attach anywhere. I've used a lot of binders like this from different brands, and the nature of this kind of wrap is that the fabric is going to fray from the strong velcro - that's pretty much inevitable. If I could give a 0 stars rating for this product, I would. The durability of the fabric in which the product description advertises isn't at all a reality once you use it. It seemed as if the one box shown would come shipped with 2 different belts in it to wear. That was my first mistake when ordering this product. The other issue I had with this was the size. On the size chart for this product, it lists several different size ranges and you pick the one you're body is on average aligned with. I decided since I'm a slightly bigger type of body shape and curvy, to choose one larger size than I really am just so I could be certain I'd have some play in the size when wearing it and putting it on and taking it off. That was my other mistake too when ordering this product. I received a belt that was supposed to be slightly bigger for my form, but it was STILL very small in size, and it was very difficult to keep straight as I put it on and wrapped around me because of how small in size it was. I was going to request a refund of this product after enduring all the hassle but I couldn't because I figured I'd had it over 2 weeks at that point when I used it the one time and so I figured it had already been too long in my possession to send back or request a refund for the product. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone unless the producers of this product were able to dramatically improve the size options and the fabric it's made out of. The fabric began fraying just after my one time wear of the belt, and the velcro part of the belt seemed to be the only long-lasting and durable feature of the product, unfortunately. ... show more
