First the unboxing....after big brands are skimping on packages making the unboxing a chore, hear the speakers are offering a nice experience. Second, most important, the quality. Very good, they lack on the bass, however the sound is well defined and pretty good. Volume is ok, I tested with a MacBook Pro and the size make them quite portable between rooms. Not the best in class, but surely well above their price category. The led lights are a nice touch as well. Furthermore you have 24months guarantee and 3 different connectors. They take power from USB, no charger or additional annoyances, so all good. The model I bought is not bluetooth, that for sure would have been even better, too bad I didn't take. I was pleasantly surprised by how good these speakers sound for their size. The audio is clear with strong bass that really fills the room, making them great for music, movies, and gaming. The USB power makes them super easy to set up—just plug and play without extra cables or hassle. They also have the USB-C plug that works best for my Mac and they’re bluetooth!!     • Great on a budget and/or in need of saving on desktop space! (Otherwise, spend more to get more)
If you haven't experienced a sound system with a subwoofer, then these are great! Plus, the LEDs are quite the eye candy! Especially the setting that pulses to your current sound/music! But the built-in bass diaphragms cannot compete with a sound system with a dedicated subwoofer. These are great only if you're concerned with space, or like shiny lights. Otherwise, speakers are for producing sound, and sound is for hearing, not seeing. I would say, if you can afford it, fork out the extra "dough" and go with a speaker system with a dedicated subwoofer instead of built-in bass diaphragms. One final note, even when cranking the volume dial to max and cranking your PC's sound system's volume slider to max, the sound is OK. (Headphones would be better, actually). These are budget speakers hands down, and they get the job done on that part. Make sure you get a speaker system with a high Watt (W) value, these are not it. +3 for that they work as intended and you get your money's worth (product as intended, good job by the company) -1 for bass not being all that bass (coming from a sound system with a subwoofer, MUCH better) -1 for max volume output being mediocre at best (get a sound system with a higher Wattage(W) output) ... show more

My soundbar died, so all I had for a long time was my headphones. I bought these for my computer and they have been such a mood lifter for me, to have music playing in my house again! At first I was not sure about the sound, and also needed to figure out how to use my headphones if needed because of the microphone. I asked GROK and it suggested I get a USB adapter for my headphones, which I did. Shopping for that I ran across a Creative Labs Sound Blaster Play! 3 External USB Sound Adapter for Windows and Mac, so I bought it and plugged my headphones in, played something and it sounded AMAZING! I thought that I wanted to try it with my speakers and am I ever happy I did. My Power Spec computer came with GREAT graphics, but did not come with a good sound card, using the onboard sound instead. This little USB adapter gave them the power of a Sound Blaster sound card, just like that. If you have these and you wish they sounded a little better, that USB adapter is not expensive, and it made a huge difference. My only worry with the speakers is that the volume knob is really flaky. It is not very adjustable at the low end, it goes from fairly loud to very soft. I have to fiddle with it a lot to get a good volume at times. That is why only 4 stars, though. ... show more
