Very interesting pillow. It has two removable inserts. One is thicker and one is thinner. When both are in the pillow is rather heavy and bulky. I removed the thinner one and it was more comfortable. I fluffs up in the dryer. (Important to do after unpacking). Pillow does not stay cool as stated in promo.

This is a very comfortable pillow. It came with two layers in one pillow cover, so that you can adjust the height and the softness as you prefer. I like the hard pillows in general for the support. This pillow is not the hard one but gives sufficient neck support that does a same good job as the hard pillows and more comfortable. It is the regular size.

This pillow works well for me as a side sleeper. The adjustable fill is a huge plus. I was able to customize the height so it felt supportive without being too firm, and i I can tweak it if my needs change in the future. The cooling effect is noticeable, especially during warmer nights, and it doesn’t flatten out like the down pillows I just replaced. The pillow cover feels high quality and holds up well after one wash. If I had to nitpick, it does take a little fluffing to get it back to shape in the morning, but that’s a small trade-off for the comfort and adjustability. Overall, I like this upgrade and has definitely improved my sleep

I love that it’s adjustable. I started with the medium layer and it’s perfect for back sleeping, but I can easily switch it up when I want more support on my side. The cooling feature is amazing too. I usually wake up hot at night, but with this pillow I actually stay comfortable and don’t toss and turn as much. It’s soft but still supportive, and feels like something you’d get at a nice hotel. Definitely worth it.
