You can do it with only 1 person , directions are clear and it comes with all the tools you need. This is an overall well made frame, it is ver sturdy and I love the height. My only knock is that the slats at the end pop out occasionally. They just drop in to place and they can pull out of place. Easy enough to pop back in, but if they were a little more snug it would be better.

Good provided instructions. Has all the required parts and the correct frame size. Small issues were the plastic floor stands falling off. Not all, just s few. It's not design to be fitted and mounted tightly, but that explains the easy installation. Other than that, it's a good bed frame.
