This air purifier is very powerful and well made. The product video shows basically everything customers need to know about it, like its structure, filters layout, how to set up and use it manually using the buttons on the control panel or using its mobile app through WiFi. The instruction manual comes in the box is thorough and easy to follow too. I like that the bottom filters can be cleaned for reuse, and the one that can’t it provides four extras for replacements so the purifier can last a long time, five years or more depending on the air quality it’s used in, longer if the air quality isn’t that bad the first place. Besides the inner filter panels, it also gives two outer cloth cover filters that can help blocking out pet hair and big particles in the air first. One of the photos attached here shows how much this cover has collected after a month of use. These cloth covers can be cleaned for reuse as well. Quantity of two so that when one is being washed and dried, the other one can be put to use, pretty thoughtful. Top vent cover can be taken apart to be fully clean as well. It has many modes to choose from: auto mode, ultimate clean mode, eco mode, sleep mode, turbo mode. Turbo mode has time selections and once the set time is finished it would automatically switch to auto mode. Auto mode self checks the air quality at all time and auto adjusts fan speeds accordingly. Ultimate clean mode will run from when you turn the mode on until you stop it with no preset time limit. Eco mode is made to be the most energy saving mode out of all. Sleep mode is quiet. And the beep sounds of the purifier can be muted. I’ve been having it running continuously for about a month since received, mainly on auto mode with few times turbo mode a week, I do notice the air quality has improved. It’s helping on my allergies. And there are less dust/lints buildup on furniture surfaces over the same amount of time than before. Last but not least, I checked our electric usage chart and found not much difference/increase. I’d say this air purifier is overall quite energy efficient. Works nicely as expected.

This review is for the "Nuwave Air Purifier for Extra Large Room 2934 Sq Ft, OxyPure Smart Air Purifier with 5 Stage Filtration, Extra EZ Covers for Pet, Air Quality & Odor Sensors, Smart WiFi, Quiet Sleep Mode for Bedroom" that we acquired via the Vine program. My wife has severe allergies, so we do everything we can to minimize dust and keep the air in our home clean. We already use Levoit air filters in the bedrooms, but wanted a larger, more powerful unit for our open concept living area. We’ve had good experiences with Nuwave appliances in the past, and this air purifier met our expectations for quality. All major panels attach magnetically, which makes accessing filters and cleaning the unit simple and eliminates the risk of clips breaking over time. Setup was quick, and connecting the purifier to our home Wi-Fi for app control and firmware updates was easy. It’s been rock-solid with no connectivity issues since installation. In terms of performance, this purifier moves a lot of air efficiently, and its highly sensitive air quality sensors make Auto mode very responsive. It reacts quickly to changes in air quality and just as quickly ramps down when the air is clean again. On low fan speeds, the unit is nearly silent, though at higher speeds it becomes noticeably loud—which thankfully doesn’t happen often. There are a few downsides worth noting. Replacement filters are somewhat pricey, but only two of the four filters need to be replaced regularly; the others are washable, which helps keep costs down. The companion app is functional but not well designed. The interface can be confusing, and some features, like scheduling, don’t work reliably. For instance, our schedule to put the unit in sleep mode at night works fine, but the one to take it out of sleep mode in the morning doesn’t. I still have to manually switch it off. Despite these issues, we’re very happy with this air purifier. After a few weeks of use, my wife has noticed a real improvement in air quality. While it’s a bit expensive, its performance and ability to cover a large space justify the price, especially since our package included enough replacement filters for the first year or so. We’d love to see app improvements and a quieter high-speed mode, but neither has been a dealbreaker. Overall, we can confidently recommend this purifier for anyone looking for powerful, whole-room air filtration—just keep the app quirks and noise level at high speeds in mind.
