I live on the west coast where we get forest fire smoke every summer, in 2019 it was really bad so I geeked out on researching purifiers and sensors and readings, sealed all our windows and vents, and actually experimented with different fan configurations to stay cool while being able to breathe. All that is to say: I'm no expert, but have been deep down this rabbit hole. I can honestly say: this has everything I'd want in an air purifier. -Great aesthetics, size, lightweight. -Wow, so quiet. -PM2.5 sensor built in! With actual ug/m3 readout. (The type of particle in forest fire smoke) -Auto speed control, with eco mode -Ion filter and verified ozone-free -Lighting to indicate speed / quality, which you can turn off if you want darkness Also, it has 1 filter which is suuuper simple to access, which will be very handy when it's dusty and time to replace. Honestly, no downsides nor even things I wish it had. I had some pause that there's only 1 filter, which is different than other designs (my Coway has 3 filters in series), but I don't think that makes it any better because the air is just as clean. Also the giant drum filter is also so big, with so much surface area, I imagine it'll last quite a long time before becoming needing replacement. ... show more

I always thought air purifiers were kind of a hoax, but I have two of these now. The first one I put in the kitchen, and whenever something is getting extra toasted it turns on and deals quickly with whatever smoke particles it detects. I bought a second to set up during a dusty home renovation project, and although of course it couldn't catch all the dust floating around, it definitely kicked into overdrive and kept the air more breathable when dusty things were happening. I never thought I'd own an Instant Pot as well as an Instant Air Purifier, but hey, good things come out of Canada. I love this air purifier--it's quiet and classy, has an ambient light that can be softened or turned off. The only problem I have is with carrying it from room to room. Since there are no handles, I either have to hold the top disk with both hands or carry it like a large bowl. Would be nice to have some kind of easy grip. ... show more

Just got this air purifier and was super impressed with how sleek and pretty it is! (I was a little unsure about this since their other products can be bulky). It was really easy to set up and is very quiet. Only reason it isn’t 5 stars for us is the cord isn’t long enough for our space

I moved in a brand new home, it had a lot of construction dust and new smells. I bought this because I have a very sensitive nose and wanted to get rid of the thickness of the dust residue. It has cleaned the air very well as I no longer smell or sense the dust. When it does senses a smell it will turn on really high and it does get loud & the light turns red, to clean the air but it doesn’t last long. You barely hear it humming when it’s running normally. so far i’m pretty impressed with this thing. our house is a new build and seems really dusty- so I bought a couple of these (the large and a smaller one) to tame the dust a little bit. I just set this on ‘auto’ and let it do its thing. it kicks up automatically when I cook bacon, even though it isn’t right in the kitchen. there’s a light under the control panel that stays white when the air is good- it goes yellow/orange and then red when the air quality is bad. the machine goes off when the room is dark, unless you override and set to a specific level. I like the read-out on this larger model - it is usually 99%, but have seen the number go down and then recover. it is super quiet - but when it kicks up to high you can hear it a little, not terribly loud and doesn’t take long to clear the air, so to speak. have only had these for a few days, but so far i’d say it is worth the $$ spent. ... show more

I bought this air purifier because I have two dogs that shed (A LOT) and I also live in an old house with lots of dust. When the weather started to get warmer I felt like all I could smell was stale, musty air and dog. Setting is up was super easy.. all you have to do is open the bottom, remove the plastic from the filter, put the bottom back on, plug in and hit the power button. At first it never changed color to show that the air quality was poor... which I guess is a good thing, but at the same time I wanted to improve the air quality. And for days it never changed. But then I burned some incense and the air purified which was in another room turned red and then sucked all the scent away with no traces of it. I have now been using my air purifier for about a week, everyday, all the time. It is super quiet and I have not noticed any dog smells and the air doesn't feel stale anymore. I am now an air purifier convert. Love it!! ... show more
