I cannot get the original filter out and can't get support. I have pulled the filter connectors and turned the filter. I have tried pliers. Ice maker stopped working weeks ago and supposed to be the filter but I can't get it out to put a new one in. I tremendously dislike this refrigerator.

Disappointed that I paid so much money, and it has cracks. Fridge also overheats and will trip the braker. Very disappointed as I really liked the way it looks and how big it is.
