Delivery: Horrible as it arrived a couple of days later than expected, delivery person dropped it on my next door neighbor driveway. With holes and dents on the box , fortunately to my surprise it wasn't damaged, as it was well packed with Styrofoam around it. Assembly : Straight forward installation with easy to follow instructions . Quality: Only time will tell how durable it is, but it looks sturdy with good quality. My only concern is the hanging rods as they are secured with only 2 small screws. Not sure they will holds up.

My only complaint, if you can call it that is the hanger bars and the mounting rings. But everything else is fantastic. All predrilled or piloted holes are perfectly aligned. The hardware holds up, and I glued all mated surfaces, doing so turns it from a kit to a piece of furniture. But gluing everything doubles the assembly time.

Good quality and very nice but I missed a track for one of the draws. The closet had to many pieces to repackage it to return it so I had to order a separate track. Customers need to check before unpacking to entire box.
