Just got these so will see how long they actually last. They really take the time to package it very well as shown in pic. They have a nice weight to them and the handles are nice and long. I used my fry pan for the first time yesterday and what I noticed is I had to raise the heat to high to get my shrimp to cook which usually on my other pans wasn.t the case see pics. It says not to over heat pans and put on the right size burner which I always do but yet had to increase the heat on the stove so I'm not sure why this is. You do need to oil or spray pan before use. I will keep them but hope that having to increase heat to cook with them isn't going to become an issue. ... show more

Likes: cost effective, pretty durable and good for every day use. The colors and pattern are nice and the nonstick works well as long as the pans are heated properly before use. Dislikes: for some reason over the past 6 months that I've had the set, the smallest lid no longer fits my small pan. No idea why or how this happened but the pan is now slightly to small. The pans I use regularly now have dark buildup along the bottom and exterior which I can't seem to get off no matter what product I use to hand wash them. Also a potential defect is that just once a few weeks ago I was washing the largest pan after using it and the handle felt wobbly - it hasn't happened since then so I'm unsure why it felt a bit loose that time. Overall, I would recommend this product. At the time I purchased this it cost around $70 - even though the price is more now, I would still purchase this item again. ... show more

I received these last night. The color is beautiful and the feel like they have a good weight to them but, a couple of them came with chips. Argh! I think I’m going to have to return them. It’s hard to know if they will just keep chipping and I really don’t expect to receive damaged product. I am so disappointed I spent a lot of time looking for pans that were a healthier option and had a little personality and these really seemed perfect. I did reach out to customer service around 5:30 is last night to see if they could help me out. It’s only 10 am here now so, hopefully I will hear from them today with a resolution or I have to return them and order another set from Macy’s. *** update*** I’m so glad I bought these! I have cooked with them and the non stick is amazing!! In the last year this is the third set of pots I have purchased. These by far are the best quality and I love the color! Customer service is replacing the two pans that came chipped! Thank goodness because, I am a fan of these pots! My other pots had a smell when I cooked with them and would give me a headache. These don’t have a smell. It’s great to have cute pots that are durable, cute and healthy!! ... show more
