I had given up many months ago on finding a soft, low-pile, light gray area rug in an abstract pattern that would fit my new small bedroom, at a price I could afford. I'd been dealing with moving small rugs out of the way whenever I needed to pull out one of my under-bed drawers, and having trouble with the rugs moving around and being difficult to keep clean; finally decided to search again, and found this! I was even able to get one at $20 below the regular price as someone had returned it in perfect condition! This rug covers the worn hardwood floor beneath my bed and those big rolling drawers, most of the space from the front of my nightstands to the small chest against the wall at the foot of my bed, and extends out to the edges of my bookcases and dressers on the sides. Because the pile is so low, it doesn't get in the way of opening the door and doesn't make it too hard to roll out the under-bed drawers. It's got some weight to it and has flattened out quickly, but is thin and lightweight for its large size and wasn't too difficult to carry around, unroll and install, relatively speaking. Now my room looks much nicer and is just generally easier to live in! The pattern looks a little darker in my room than it does in the pics, and the gray is a little on the warm side, but still works well with my color scheme; the pile is not *quite* as soft as I was hoping for, but it's soft enough on my bare feet, and does add a bit of cushioning under my two little faux-fur throw rugs (one at the side where I get out of bed in the morning and one at the foot of the bed), as well. I wish 4.5 stars was an option! Overall I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend it. ... show more

I was expecting it to be slightly more plush but it does the job. The colors are great We left it outside for 2 days to off gas the smell. It was very strong The pattern hides the fats that I don’t have time to vacuum every day. You cannot make vacuum lines on it so if you have OCD about those lines and want to not have to worry about them… this is your rug! ... show more

It was satisfactory to me , wasn't as soft but enought for my son's room , it's partly soft and part commercial type and I love that..the only problem I had with mine was the measurements that somehow got screwed up so I'm returning that for a bigger size.

The rugs are ok quality. Fine for what I need them for. But beware that if you order a set or more, they likely won't match. I expected a bit of difference but one is significantly darker than the other. I already went through the hassle of returning one because it was cut crooked and wouldn't lay flat after a few days, so I don't plan on going through the return process again. Disappointed though. I should also mention my replaced rug came in much better shape with packaging and little protectors on the ends. My first shipment came completely exposed and dirty. ... show more

This nuLOOM area rug looks like good quality, but instead of being 5 ft. long as advertised and needed, it is 5'11" long. Luckily the rug is in a utility area next to a wall, where the extra length can be folded under and weighted down by filled boxes. Also it arrived rolled, not folded (NEVER order a folded rug!), and the price was deeply discounted, so I counted my blessings and am keeping it. ••• UPDATE: Turns out this rug is ideal for a cat litter-box area, as it's easy to vacuum up the scattered litter. The plastic type mats sold for the purpose catch and hold the litter, so to get it all out you have to take it outside and shake it. Cats say thumbs up for this rug which is soft on their feet after the crystal litter. ... show more
