I am not sure how this rug got to 4 stars. It should be 000000, seriously. I refuse to give this rug a comfort or softness rating when this is BY FAR the worst purchase I have ever made in my life. It looks great and soft until you roll it out and it SHEDS more than any animal you will ever own! I have never seen anything like it. It doesn’t matter how much you vacuum, the rug clumps and thousands of individual hairs are everywhere!! clothes, people, tables, furniture. It’s horrible! Looks fine in the picture but... the quality is abysmal. The structure of this carpet is nothing more than a bunch of poorly braided wool strands that shed constantly. I ordered a carpet liner from another company and the size was very accurate. This rug does not fit properly and can't match the liner dimensions. The biggest drawback is the constant shedding. This rug is impossible to vacuum without filling a vacuum cleaner bag in two or three vacuuming sessions. If you have a robot vacuum cleaner, forget it. This thing will fill up halfway through a vacuuming session, entangle the wheels and the brushes with nothing but carpet hair. I should have returned this but it was during the holidays and I was too lazy to pull it up and mail it back. This is a disposable carpet and will have to be discarded and replaced in the new year. ... show more

Well made, good quality. Received it in June. Love the color against my wood floors! If you want a high-end look, this is a great choice. This rug does shed, keep your dustbuster handy. This is not a high traffic rug!!!! It's very soft on both sides; excellent for hardwood floors. We put felt padding underneath for cushion. I do see a possible problem with cleaning....it is a yarn material therfore, spot cleaning probably won't do it justice. I don't know that for certain though. We liked this area carpet so much that we bought another, same size for the master and a 2'6" x 8' runner. Good value for the money for now. We'll have to see how it holds up month to month. ... show more

My girlfriend is obsessed with this rug and it is a nice looking rug; however it is not very practical for cleaning purposes. It is very plush and comfortable to walk and sit on. We like the overall look in our living room. The large grooves in the woven design make it very difficult to clean. Our dog got sick on the rug which isn't the fault of the product, but cleaning with the large grooves proved to be nearly impossible. It also "shed' for the first few weeks and we had to run the vacuum over it multiple times to get all of the fabric clumps that came out. It is a great quality rug overall, but the design is not practical and I would not buy a similar rug in the future. ... show more

This rug is better than pictured. If you like the look of high-end retail wool rugs that are very expensive, you will love this one. The quality is the same and the overall look is better in my opinion. I love this rug so much, I can't stop looking at it. The media could not be loaded. So I ordered the rug to have a nice simple white rug that will go with any furniture or decor I have. When I unwrapped the package, I thought that it was smaller than it was going to be, but I did measure it, and the dimensions were correct. Being a round rug, it covers less space than a rectangle or square rug like I usually get. But it is nice quality. Love the look and feel of the rug but the shedding is just too much. I have to vacuum at least twice every day to keep my room clean. This isn’t even due to me walking a lot on it. I can leave for a week and come back to a room FULL of dust bunnies from my rug and it makes it seem like my room is so dusty. Overall, if you don’t mind the incessant shedding and having to vacuum pretty much everyday, it’s a good rug. Second rug from this company I got and both shed equally so if you don’t want any shedding maybe avoid this brand. ... show more
