The only complaint is that it was delivered folded instead of rolled. This caused lots of creases and since the rug itself is not super heavy, it was a hassle getting them out. We ended up tightly rolling the rug up and shrink wrapping it. We let it sit that way for a couple of days then rolled it back out and the creases are almost completely gone. I like this rug. So far it has held up even with the dogs. The problem really is that it has yet to flatten out from the shipping and it's been several weeks causing a tripping hazard.

My area rug was delayed in shipping. I had to call Amazon customer service twice, asking where is my order? The area rug is nice and true to color. It's pretty thin so it's more for decoration than comfort. It did arrive with black spots that look like oil on the back of the rug, it did not bleed through the front so I didn't care too much. The rug does have a odd smell, I hope it will go away in time. It didn't come too wrinkle, only the edges wont lay flat. ... show more
