I am giving this product a four-star rating due to the color not matching my expectations. The supposed neutral color appears to be more of a very light gray, while the print is a darker shade of gray. As a result, I am unsure if I will keep it or find another place for it, as it doesn't quite fit the intended room. However, I must acknowledge that the size is exactly as advertised, which is a positive aspect. I was concerned it might be too small, but it turned out to be the right size. We really like this rug! I have had it down for about 2 months in a high traffic hallway. The rug took a long time to finally lay flat and not be so bumpy. The rug is a gift for Christmas, but was so crumpled and misshapen I almost returned it, but I decided to see if I could make it pretty again as it was the last rug in that size. After using lead weights on the edges edges and heavy pillows in the center, as well as ice cubes on the really twisted parts, it finally relaxed and returned to it’s original beauty. Rug looks good and goes well in the chosen area. The main issue I have is that after several months it still has not smoothed out entirely. The way it was shipped poorly wrapped in plastic led to the wrinkles. A tube would be better.
