I’m thrilled with the runner I purchased. I bought the dark blue with a slight Moroccan pattern. It has varying tones of dark blue within it, and is very pretty. I am using it in my entry area, which my 2 large dogs use to come in from our back yard. Despite my efforts at wiping their feet, they always track something into the house (notice the fraction of a dried leaf in the photo...this is my life). It’s a thin rug. With a hard backing, so it may slide on some floors. However it stays fine on my ancient wood floors. I like that it’s not plush, because it’s easy to clean (again, because dogs). You will have to let it flatten, or roll it backwards, before using. It arrives tightly wound and in plastic. Neither is an issue or fault in the product, so no stars have been removed. In truth, when I first met my boyfriend, he arrived in the same way. It took a little patience to unwind him and lay him out flat, but he’s been great overall, and requires only bare maintenance. Same for the rug. It’s a lovely little rug. It won’t impress your fancy friends, but it will outlast most of them. I highly recommend it. ... show more

This rug exceeds my expectations so far. I received the rug today, which came a week early. I ordered the blue 6'7" x 9'. I was nervous about the color because there were not a lot of pictures of people ordering the blue and blues can appear very different on the screen. I am very happy that I did not go with the generic grey and off-white, as the blue really brightens up my space and brings personality to the room. The rug has hints of dark blue in it that pull in my other dark blue accents (like the blanket on the couch). It had a slight chemical smell when I first opened it, but a few hours later it quickly disseminated. It does have some wrinkles in it, but this is normal for any new rug. I will be steaming it later to speed up the process of smoothing out the wrinkles. The rug is a bit thin, so I would recommend a rug mat to put underneath if you would like extra padding or to keep it from moving. I have a robot sweeper that is easily sweeping it as I write. I don't have a mat underneath it yet, but I don't expect that to make a difference with the sweeper. Overall, I am extremely happy with the look, quality, packaging, and price of this rug. I ordered the 4 foot by 4 foot rug in Grey/Off White. The rug does look distressed so know that a head of time. I laid out the rug and put heavy objects on all four corners and with in 24 hours the rug laid totally flat. The rug is not the softest material, but let me tell you it is pet proof. I have three cats and two of my cats scratch rugs non-stop. They have scratched this rug many times and I don't even see one pull or hole. It is also stain proof. Stains came off very easily with a little soap and warm water. The reason I took off a star was because I have sensitive skin and in the beginning while the rug was off gassing, when ever I stepped on it my feet became so itchy. I am guessing it is the chemicals in it. If it was summer I would have hung it outside for a few hours in the sun and that would have helped. I would recommend when you buy it hang/lay it outside and let it air out before doing anything. Then lay it flat and vacuum it. Once I cleaned it and aired it out I no longer had any itchy feet. It is a cheap product, so you know its made of cheap material, but it doesn't look cheap. Updated feedback: A different rug was delivered to me by mistake and I requested that the correct rug be delivered to me. I received it and it is the right rug this time and it looks great! It unrolled nicely and I kept it on the floor upside down for a day and it had flattened out from being rolled up (3rd photo). I returned the rug that was mistakenly sent to me, even though it was also a very pretty rug; I’m considering ordering it in another size for a different part of my house. Overall, both rugs are nice quality and were easy to unroll and flatten, though they need a grip pad underneath for hard floors. Original 1 Star review: I ordered this rug on February 2, 2018 and the wrong rug was delivered on March 20, 2018. Not only is it the wrong rug, it is a 5x8 size rug that arrived instead of the 4x6 I ordered. The rug that was mistakenly delivered is absolutely gorgeous and would totally keep it if it weren't the wrong size. I need a 4x6 for the guest room and 8x10 for the living room, but the 5x8 size won't work anywhere in my house, or else I would keep it since it's so beautiful and colorful. I'd like to avoid returning it because packaging it back up again will be quite a pain, then it will need to be dropped at a UPS. What a disappointment this has turned out to be. Two photos are attached to this review: One is the pic from the listing of the rug I ordered and the other is the one that was shipped to me. The media could not be loaded. I bought the 2x6 for I front of a double door. I really like the bright happy design. It is also very easy to clean up a spill which is good when you have dogs. Their accident came right up and it did not seep into the rug. The con is what others said. The rug is stiff, not overly soft and buckles. It does not lay out flat. I have books and heavy items on the ends to try help move that along. Overall, the design is my favorite part as I wanted some color to brighten up the room. Just an update after 3 months. The rug has held up well but it still does not lay flat. I will need to get a new one which is a shame since I love this design and the colors. ... show more
