The media could not be loaded. I bought this so my bunny can feel comfortable jumping around the floor. Its "washable" so seems convenient if he has an accident. But its impossible to clean off hay or wood pieces that fall from my bunnys space. Ive tried vaccumming and sweeping and even lint rolling. I would have to pick each little piece off. I regret buying this rug. Such a pain. I thought if I put it in the washing machine, the stuff would come off, nope, still got the little pieces of wood stuck. ... show more

Came folded instead of rolled which was nice! Laid flat well, here at 4 days. Thin profile which is what we needed to have it fit under bathroom door and edge of toilet. We were tired of cold feet in our master. Working really well!
